I've been heavily involved in (website hidden) for years with a great reputation. Now I'm glad to offer my space to AIRB&B.
My workshop at any given time has different artists, musicians, actors coming in and out to work on projects. There are 3 private spaces AND they're ALL very well kept, cozy and charming. NOTE- we will offer you what room is available on the day of your arrival, AND we'll certainly give you your choice of rooms if possible. ( either way everyone LOVES whatever room they are put in so you won't be disappointed.)
This unforgettable workshop is on the main drag of old downtown. It's 2 doors down from Niagaras oldest vintage diner and minutes away from Niagara Falls. Theres usually the smell of baked goods in the morning because of the bakery 2 doors down in the other direction. Theres a bus stop across the street, lots of bars, coffee shops, and whatever else you need along the street, and ofcoarse when in question, I'll point u in the right direction to whatever you need.
The amenities include: Your own key, Air conditioning/ heating, filtered air, High speed WiFi (with laptop if you need/ speaker system), 1 long couch, 1 pull out double bed + bedding (other bed situations available), towels&toiletries, private washroom, shared shower and kitchen, Lots of tea, cereal etc, free parking spaces, Lots of musical instruments & art supplies (for those creative types), AND a playful kitten for all your kitten needs.
Come and go as you please- Unlike other places, you'll be left to your're own seclusion UNLESS you decide to be social ( sometimes I don't like to be bothered on vacation either). . . . . and please remember this isn't a 5 star hotel, it's a clean, humble, yet large, unorthodox artists workshop.
AND HEY: You can view a TV show that spotlighted my workshop, but don't let this presentation fool you, you'll probably not see me at all during your stay. Visit YOUTUBE, and search VERONICA GOES (website hidden), THUNDERCLAP.

My stay at Adam's was very brief but enjoyable. I stayed there just for a night with my girlfriend and we had a very nice experience. Adam is a great guy and we regret not being able to spend a few days more. His place is definitely an artist's workshop and has a special vibe to it. It is also located in close proximity to the Amtrak station (5 min walk) and about a half an hour walk from Niagara Falls.
We stayed one night at Adam's place. It's an extremely cozy house, lots of rugs hanging everywhere, paintings, sculptures, instruments, recording devices all over the place yet kept very tidy. It's close to a Tim Hortons and a 5 minutes drive to the falls. Towels and clean bed sheets were provided. Great experience overall!
I stayed at Adam's place with two girlfriends on a trip to Niagara Falls. We liked that the artist's loft was far enough away from the commercial casinos, etc, but within close proximity to the Falls and the wineries. The crepe place nearby was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!
Stayed here on Oct 26 and had a lovely night with my bestfriend. Katie greeted us and gave us a tour of the place. We stayed in the basement with the cool drum set and unique decor. There is a seperate washroom so we didn't have to head upstairs, which was convienent! The bed and couch were both comfy! We also got extra blankets. The kitty did not bother us at all. Katie is generous and gave us tea to warm up to the cold and rainy weather! Really made us feel like home. The place is close to transit which we bought a $6.00 day bus pass and used our handy (website hidden) maps to predict the bus times.. since it is a 25min walk to the tourist areas. The place is also near Paris Crepes Cafe which serve the yummiest french food and crepes. Overall, I would defintely stay here again! Lovely and charming place
Adam's place was spacious, comfortable and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay in a beautiful part of the Canadian side of the Niagara area just a comfortable and flat 20-30 minute walk from the main touristy things (or a short bus or taxi ride if you're not into walking). Along the street are a few nice cafés, bars and even a diner and brew house for nice craft beers.
We wish we had a little more time to get to know Adam and his partner but unfortunately a short stay means we had to jam in a lot of sightseeing into a short period of time. Thank you for the hospitality and welcoming attitude! Highly recommended.
Adam's art studio is fantastic . Well located, for those who don't want to be in the touristic area. Very cozy and "different" (in a good way) . You will be surrounded by art, old sofas ,pianos ...
I spent a couple of days with any problem . The only "but " is that the walls are like wood panels so you can hear what's going on outside your room. Anyway for me wasn't a problem because no one made any noise . Actually it was very quiet and could rest perfectly.
Recommended for people who look a for a cheap and cozy place to stay.
I will definitely stay here again when I come back
I arrived very late and Adam was still there to let me in. The room was very big (it is his music studio). I slept very well there. I`d no chance to see more of his place because I`d to leave very early again next morning. There`s a nice breakfast place next door. There`s a parking lot for free till 9 am right in front of the house. The street itself consists of small downtown houses.
Place is really cool. It's an artist's workshop full of paintings, models and sculptures, located in a beautiful street far from the Touristy places and the Casinos. We stayed at the basement. My only concern was the mattress... it wasn't comfortable enough and we couldn't sleep. Besides that... it's a nice place to stay if you want to experience a different side of Niagara and if your looking for a different kind of adventure.
Very nice people. Very easygoing.
Adam was very inviting, and his cozy room was stellar. We got in early, and he was able to accommodate us, and made us feel at home. He provided us with emergency toiletries, and brochures and maps to the niagara area. His workshop is only 15-20 minute walk from the Falls, which was awesome. The room itself was clean and very unique. There was a seating area in the bottom, and the bed was raised above the seating area, which was a real space-saving cool idea! We had a wonderful stay! I would recommend his workshop rooms to anyone who is looking to stay in Niagara Falls!
