This new building is situated close to the center. You can enjoy every moment while in Bratislava with your partner or friends.

The space
It is new apartment 65 m2 in new building.
It consist of 1 bed room, 1 living room + kitchen, Balcony , 1 working place + corner for basic exercise, and bathroom .

The building has security system cameras + security service.
If you park the car it will be parked in indoor garage also under cameras.
If you want to use parking we need to agree in advance.
We do not have AC but we have fan.

Guest access
CHECK IN is after 3 pm during working days. Check in during weekends is flexible. CHECK OUT is 11 am. IF YOU NEED TO STAY LONGER PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE.

You will have a full access to the living room/dining room and a kitchen, including your own space in the fridge if needed.
