54 Frederick is a lovely bush retreat, only minutes walk from Blenheim Beach. This clean, modern and well equipped house offers plenty of room to move or relax in the natural bush settings.
Please note that Seascape Vincentia does not provide linen and has a king bed in the main bedroom.
Location -Seascape is located at the southern end of Vincentia in a lovely bush reserve setting. The house is an easy 8 minute walk to Blenheim Beach via the beach track at the back of the house, a 10 minute walk to Greenfield Beach and from there only another 15 minute walk to Hyams Beach.
Key features -The house offers two large decks, perfect for entertaining. The upper deck leads off the living room and wraps back around to the front of the house offering fantastic views of the surrounding bushland.
Configuration - This two storey house is accessed via ground level. Walk into a fresh foyer which leads directly to the stair well. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, both with a queen size bed, and a combined laundry, shower and toilet. Moving upstairs you walk into the open planned living decorated with a lovely beach feel. The "U" shaped kitchen is modern and well equipped and tucked nicely behind the living. The master king bedroom and 2nd bedroom with tri-bunk share a fully renovated bathroom and are both fitted with large built in wardrobes.
Outdoors - Seascape has a large yard, perfect for a hit of backyard cricket. The upstairs and downstairs decks also provides plenty of room for entertaining.
Heating and Cooling -This property is not air-conditioned but is equipped with pedestal fans as well as travertine flooring throughout to keep it cool. There is also a gas heater for winter.
Linen -This property does not supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by the guest or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: top and bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.
Parking -There is no access to the LUG at Seascape, however there is enough parking on the driveway and grass for 2 cars.
Pets - Seascape is not a pet friendly property.
Guest have access to all parts of this great family home except the garage.

Other things to note
Minimum stay - there is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day - please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Internet / Wi-Fi access - please be aware that there is no ADSL in Hyams Beach and poor ADSL internet in most other areas of Jervis Bay. As a result, until the NBN is rolled out, none of our houses offer internet access. If a house has internet, you may nonetheless use it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is Telstra, followed by Vodafone. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or go across to Huskisson where various cafes offer free wifi. The Sanctuary Point Public Library and the St Georges Basin Country Club also provide free Wi-Fi.
Our extra rules are as follows:
• If you depart on a Sunday or public holiday, we may give you a 4pm checkout. This will be advised at the time of booking
• sorry, no schoolies, no weddings, no bucks, hens or other parties
• sorry, you may not exceed the number of guests that your house is rated for
• whilst we take care to keep all in good condition and working order, nevertheless breakages, outages and malfunctions beyond our control do occur. When this happens, we will rectify a situation as soon as practicable, but do not guarantee or take any further responsibility
• re the security bond held by airbnb for your stay: if you look after the property like your own, respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours, take out the garbage, don’t move furniture, don’t un-cable electronic appliances, only have pets if allowed, and do not get too drunk or rowdy…you should be OK
• please also be honest in reporting damage or breakages, and plan ahead to leave the house and the dirty dishes in a clean and tidy state.
