This 4 BR House is the perfect place to come home to after enjoying all the fun activities that Lake Tahoe has to offer! We're located in the Tyrolian Village Community which is near Diamond Peak Ski Resort in Incline Village, Nevada. You can walk to a great family friendly ski resort. Northstar & Mt Rose Ski Resort are also close. This home is NOT a short term rental…28 nite minimum stay required.

AIR CONDITIONING?
Like most of the homes at Tahoe, this home DOES NOT have Air Conditioning. However, the nights at Tahoe are always cooler and if you open windows, the house will cool down nicely.

We have added ceiling fans in the 3 upstairs bedrooms and 1 over the dining table on the 1st Floor.
