2 bedrooms/3 beds. Short walk to sea wall, restaurants & Town Beach.
Second floor accommodations are quite comfortable for 2 couples or family of 4-6. Quiet, peaceful location on dead end, off road parking.
Private, large (1200+ sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 3 beds) apartment on second floor of colonial style home, 1/2 private acre on quiet, dead end street in the Pier section of Narragansett, Rhode Island.
Full shower / bathtub.
Kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee pot.
(note: we do not have a stove in the apartment, but we have an outdoor grill on back deck.)
Pool table, cable TV, couch, dining table. Very comfortable accommodations.
Small deck overlooking gardens and private backyard.
Walk to Ocean Road sea wall, Narragansett town beach, restaurants, library, coffee and gift shops (all within a short, scenic walk).
Fishing and sailing charters & the Block Island Ferry are a short ride away in Galilee. The Providence Airport (PVD) and Newport is about a 30 minute drive.
Great place for 1 or 2 couples looking for a week or weekend get-a-way, or for a family of 5-6, looking for an escape from the noisy- busy hotel scene. (we have 2 bedrooms; one with full size bed, the other bedroom has 2 double beds ( a pack & play and a toddler sized air mattress is available if needed).
We have many great restaurants nearby for breakfast, brunch, lunch and fine dining, dinner spots, within walking (website hidden): The Coast Guard House, Turtle Soup, Monahan's Clam Shack, Crazy Burger, Marco's, Trio's, Ocean View Restaurant, PJ's Pub, Basil's, the Bike Stop Cafe, Cool Beans Cafe, Nana's ice cream and candy store, as well as a barber shop, laundromat, water sports - bike- moped rentals, etc. , all within walking distance.
Private off street parking, Private entrance with key less security to 2nd floor living area.
Large landscaped yard with lounge chairs and hammock, swing, yard games: Horseshoes, boccie, bolo toss, croquette. Many indoor games, books and DVD movies. Kids toys available. Chairs, blankets, towels, umbrella, boogie boards and coolers available for the beach.
Beaches - Note: Fees are charged from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Narragansett Town Beach: There is a charge for parking and a per person (over 12 years old) entrance fee at Narragansett Town Beach.
State beaches: there are 3, there is a per car parking fee ($14 per day)

When you stay with us, you will have total privacy. We supply sheets, towels, coffee & tea, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, fridge, cups, plates, utensils are all available. Some beach supplies are available at the bottom of the stairs; IE: mats, blanket, chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc...
We are available to answer any questions you have to help you find the attractions you would like to experience while visiting Narragansett and southern Rhode Island.
Our neighborhood is mostly year round residents. It is a quiet and peaceful dead end street.
Some of the homes are seasonal rentals to URI students from Sept. - May. From June through the end of August, the owners usually move back in to enjoy the beaches.
Spring is a nice time to visit as the summer crowd hasn't arrived yet, but the water is a bit chilly, usually about low 60's.
Summer is fantastic, the beaches are clean and water is in the 70's. It is busier, so making reservations before your stay is recommended, especially for the ferry to Block Island and most restaurants.
September is usually a wonderful time to visit our town. The water is still very warm and the weather is usually very nice. The summer crowds are gone and it is relaxing.
The Block Island Ferry runs a high speed passenger service and a vehicle / passenger service.
The Providence airport in Warwick services local and national air service. Westerly airport services New York, Block Island, Montauk, Martha's Vineyard, Boston, etc.
Taxis & Public bus service to Newport, Providence and the airport are available. (check websites for schedules)
Owners live on the first floor and usually retire by 11 pm.
We welcome respectful visitors who will obey our house rules.
We will do what we can to make your stay enjoyable.
We do not allow outside visitors at any time.

Interaction with Guests
We are available to help you with local info if needed, but we will not interfere with your vacation unless requested.
Very quiet, peaceful, dead end street location, off road parking, short walk to the sea wall and pier. Easy walk to all restaurants, shops, etc. (check out our guide, so you can plan ahead for reservations, etc)
Public buses, cabs, car rentals, local trolley, ferry to Block Island, airports are located in Westerly and Warwick (PVD).
New commuter train line connecting North Kingstown to Providence Airport and Providence Amtrak and the MTA ("T") to Boston and Logan airport.
Other Things to Note
2 night minimum stay (3 nights on Holiday Weekends). Please make sure you have a completed profile with full name, photos, references and referrals before inquiring and requesting accommodations. (at least one review / reference)
Please note: we do not allow any pets.
No outside visitors at any time.
No smoking in house.
No pool playing after 10 pm please !
(owners bedroom is below the pool table).
Note: We are located on a quiet dead end street. Homes in our neighborhood are owner occupied. This is not a "beach rental" area.
A local town ordinance is "quiet after 11 pm", which is usually enforced by the local police.
(neighbors will call police to complain if there are any loud parties or disturbances. )
