From the moment you open the front gate – you are transported to a lush, secluded, refuge that is both quiet and serene whilst being close to everything good. The space
You will want to spend lazy summer afternoons grilling with family and friends lounging amongst the trees. Warm evenings will likely be used up reclining next to the amber glow of the fire pit on the outdoor furniture under the twinkling string lights and stars.
Inside, beachy white washed oak floors lead you into a bright and cheerful living room. There is a comfy spot for everyone on the upholstered sofa and chaise lounge. Sky blue velvet chairs surround a large flat screen perfectly situated to enjoy movie night. The dining area includes a hearty rustic table fit for the family and a glass surrounded nook enveloping a plush daybed; a perfect spot for loafing after a meal or a respite with morning coffee.
The open kitchen is fully stocked and ready for use featuring a gas Viking stove, apron sink, open shelving, walnut cabinetry, white Ceaserstone countertops, dishwasher, and large breakfast bar with stools for keeping the cook company.

The master bedroom has architectural vaulted ceilings, sky lights, and glass French doors that open up to the professionally landscaped backyard. A fluffy, white king platform bed completes this calm sanctuary. The master en suite includes a Jacuzzi tub, and a modern vessel sink atop ample soap stone counter and vanity.
The second bathroom is spa-like and luxurious with blue mermaid tiles, glass shower, vessel sink atop vanity illuminated by a shell chandelier.
The second bedroom epitomizes minimal elegance with a full sized bed and luxurious linens.
