Large, quiet studio located one block from Alamo Square next to coffee shop and convenience store. Less than ten minute walk to Hayes Valley, Lower Haight, NoPa and the Fillmore District. On 21 and 22 bus lines providing easy (less than 20 min) access to Mission, Marina, GG Park, Union Square, Financial District, Embarcadero. Parking not impossible either. Cannot stress how centrally located my place is, so if you're hoping to wander around SF quite a bit then this is the place.
Apartment is a very large studio with blocked off bathroom and kitchen and walk in closet. Three windows overlook a small interior courtyard garden (not a jungle). Apartment gets decent light during the day but hopefully you're out exploring! There's a projector that plugs into a computer and makes the apartment a mini-theater (no TV but entirety of internet available).
I am a 28yo female with a full time life so I am very rarely home. I am very clean and have a flexible schedule so let me know what works for you!
Ashley and her place were great. We actually had an issue with the place we originally booked so were pretty desperate to find and alternative place to stay. Within 3 hours of our initial request to stay at Ashley's we were booked and had the keys. She was very accommodating and really saved our trip.
Her apartment is clean, cozy and in a great location - easy walking distance to Hayes Valley and the Mission in particular. We would stay here again. Thanks so much Ashley!
Great place to stay! Was able to soak in the Lower Haight Art Walk and then see a concert at the Independent, all within easy walking distance of Ashley's spacious and clean studio.
Ashley is a great host. Super friendly person with great communication. Love the studio and the location to some of my favorite parts of town. Comfy clean place that's super quite. Comfy bed too. Will be staying here again.
Had a great stay at Ashley's studio. The place was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Neighborhood seemed very safe and we walked everywhere without worry. We'd definitely stay here again. Directly as advertised.
Ashley's apartment was roomy, clean, quiet, comfortable, and situated in a terrific location--steps away to a beautiful park with a perfect view of the city, just beside Divisadero street. Lots of great shops and excellent coffee a few minutes walk from the apartment. The neighbourhood is very central. We walled to and from the Mission without any trouble. Key pick-up was a breeze and communication with Ashley was very, very prompt. The bed was extremely comfortable, but the pillows did not suit us. The oven was a little tough to figure out and was smokey--a minorownfall to what was a perfect stay. Overall incredible experience and we highly recommend Ashley place to any traveller to San Francisco.
The large studio was perfectly situated for our visit to San Francisco -- close to two bus lines, next door to a coffee shop, and within half a block of our relative. The apartment was clean, comfortable and supplied with what we needed. Would love to stay there on our next visit.
Ashley's place is as advertised. Very neat, clean, and in a great location. She left detailed notes about the place to help out. Her projector setup was really cool too, for late night movies :) If we go back to San Francisco we would definitely stay at her place again!!!
What a great place! Ashley's place was perfect. The open studio concept made it feel much larger than it probably was! The large windows brought in tons of light! Also note that there was PLENTY of FREE street parking if you Need it! (We had a rental car)
Perhaps the best part of all about Ashley's place was the location! We visited most of the surrounding areas, all of which provided great restaurants, bars, and entertainment! The days we ventured north of the city, we were able to easily hop on the numerous bus lines! PS, everyone should try "Kitchen Story"... awesome restaurant!
Ashley was a great host, meeting up was quick and easy. She had all the information we needed and offered her self up for an questions that might come up over the course of our trip!
10 out of 10!
This is an attractive, central area just a block from Alamo Square and a few blocks from gentrified Hayes Valley. The room was clean and very quiet, and two useful buses stop just seconds away.
