Extra spacious

Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
The Cabin is an acre located right on the beautiful Sabinal River with access to 600 feet of riverbank and easy walk into town.
Architect designed, the cabin has high ceilings and lots of glass to bring the outdoors in.
Relax in the hammock underneath gigantic cypress trees.
Enjoy the sunset while the deer come through the yard and fireflies dance.
We have two bedrooms on the ground level with a small loft (single bed) above the bedrooms.

The space
We have a Roku TV in the place. The cabin does not have cable TV, but we do have fiber internet with great wifi inside and outside.
If you’re wanting to get away from all the technology and distractions, please let me know and we can remove the TV during your stay.
EV Charging: Level 2 EV charger is available for J1772 port. If you want to bring your own charger, we have two NEMA 14/50R RV style receptacles.

Guest access
You'll have the house to yourselves and generally the entire property.
I have a garage/workshop in the corner of the property and may come and go occasionally during the day working on projects in the shop. I'll try not to disturb you!

Other things to note
The river is back!!! The entire hill country has been inundated with rain. Thankfully the rivers are full again.
This is the country! There are all kinds of wild animals and other potential hazards around here: poison oak, sticker burs, bugs, black-widow spiders, ticks, snakes, deer (lots of deer...), rabbits, raccoons, possums, armadillos, you name it.
Scorpions too. Scorpions aren't much of a problem here by the river, but they are all over the hill country, but they will occasionally make their way inside the cabin!
