Other things to note
The property is located 10 minutes from Tomahawk for local shopping, bowling, restaurants, or visiting the recently opened playground known as Our Dream Park if you have young children.

Plenty of room for parking boat/snowmobiles/ATVs/trailer in the driveway. Access to trails are a half mile away for snowmobiles and ATVs.

Gas station 0.5 miles away, also has a bait station inside it for fishing supplies

Lake Nokomis is on a flowage and water levels may fluctuate throughout the year. Particularly in spring and fall. Levels throughout summer are fairly consistent.

Our dock goes in around Memorial weekend every year and comes out middle to end of October. Kayaks are only available during these times.
