Our corner condo with a view! We provide you with outdoor chairs for hanging out and enjoying the view.
This affordable and awesome condo has one of the best views of Steamboat, sits on Mt. Werner Meadows just down the street from the ski base. Zip down the mountain to downtown steamboat for art, dinner or hot springs.
This condo is privately owned and managed. We have enjoyed making anniversaries and "engagement" weekends special for many of our guests. Most of our guests love the outdoors and aren't really into luxury, but love quiet views, being away from the other condos but in the perfect location!
The entire condo is recently remodeled and is a small condo in a small complex that is perched above the other condos. You will be set up with all new furniture and kitchen supplies. Sheets, towels, pillows and beds are fresh and clean.
The view from this main floor corner unit are AMAZING and because it sits above the many other condos, you have a view of the mountains and NOT another condo. You'll never see the same sunrise or sunset.

Our place is quiet and in a small building with just 24 units. (email hidden), but perfect for those that want to enjoy Steamboat and feel like you live here!
Rene and David's condo was perfect for our weekend get-away. It was cozy, clean, and well appointed. We cooked a couple meals in the kitchen to save on expenses, and found their assortment of utensils, pots, pans, plates, etc, very useful. Rene and David were excellent hosts - very responsive to our questions and did a great job of recommending local attractions and restaurants. Lastly, the location was great. It was an easy drive into town or a 15 minute ride on the free bus system. The view out of the front door was beautiful and breath taking. Overall, this place was a great retreat for a quiet weekend getaway.
René and David were super helpful and responsive to any and all questions, and their place is accurately described. It is quite cozy and fine for sleeping, but space for hanging out is tight (there were just two of us, not sure how it'd be with more). We also didn't find the euro chairs comfortable to sit on. It does have great views and it's a quick drive to the gondola. Unfortunately, the bus isn't so close and not the most fun walk in ski boots. I'm probably just a whiner tho. You will, however, want to make sure you note that you note there are two intersections of Aspenglow and Après Ski and the bus stops at the further one with the shelter. :)
While I understand no pets and smoking, it would be nice if the whole place were actually that way as it is said there are strict condo assoc rules against both. Several neighbors, which you can hear if they're home, had chairs outside where they smoked regularly. While I didn't see any dogs , their presence was apparent as the grass out the front door was littered with poop.
Overall, it was a pretty good little place to stay, and Renė and David will help to make sure that you have a great experience in Steamboat.
Glad you had a nice time in Steamboat! We will contact the condo manager about the smoking issue. Not sure how to fix the occasional dog poop. The poop is the reason the condo association does not allow dogs. We have a maintenance crew that does a great job keeping the area as clean as possible. We have also seen bear poop by the dumpster!
Although we can't 100% control the acts of other tenants (but we will notify the condo association ASAP), we have the no smoking and no pet rule for inside of our condo because we really, really want the condo to be fresh and clean.
We work hard to create a nice, quiet and clean place for our guests. Thanks for staying!
David and Rene' we're very accommodating. Had everything we needed.
Conveniently located near the gondola. Great views.
Would definitely stay again
We had a great long weekend in steamboat! The place delivered on everything promised. It was clean, had all we needed, and truly great views. It's a great spot for a low key, low maintenance getaway.
Rene and David were great hosts! They made sure we had all the information we needed to get ready for our trip, and they kept tabs on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. And, to boot, their place really does have amazing views and it is very conveniently located. It has everything you need to have a great visit to Steamboat Springs.
We had a lovely time at this very clean, cozy condo with great views. The owners were kind and helpful.
Perfect cosy apartment with everything we needed for our snowboarding holiday.
