The condominium is very nice, it overlooks the sea from all the apartments and the terrace is very spacious. The apartment was very well equipped, the host is very attentive and the ocean view is wonderful.
100% recommended for people who are going to visit the Flamingo area.

Excellent personal service. Being in another country can be a little scary, but the owners could speak English, and helped us with any problems that we had!
They also hand delivered some chocolate from Liberia !! We now value the owners as friends, and look forward to staying wirh them again.

We enjoyed our stay. The pictures are accurate and the communication was quick & responsive.
5 stars is for what it is, a totally lovely condo, on a hill & NOT a 4 minute walk to the beach. It is about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. We had rented a car.
We got free parking first thing in the morning at both beaches, later in the day it was a challenge as we were there over the holidays. It is $4 for parking at the Brasilito beach.
We enjoyed the views, the pools, birds and flowers.
The condo kitchen is as described. I was able to cook meals & make our own smoothies.
I don’t understand why Costa Rica has become so expensive. If the local workers make $600 a month, does all the money go into XPATS’s pockets? It is not just this place, but all over CR. Groceries & eating out is as much as in Washington State. Our Canadian dollar did not go far.
The refund policy is a bit stiff with charging more to get a refund policy. We have much better refund policies in CA & the USA.

We spent a week here & it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The views (especially from the pool) are unreal. We saw the most beautiful sunsets every night. Newly renovated inside. Would recommend renting a car as it’s a steep walk to the town & slightly more secluded from restaurants, etc.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days. Sebastian was very responsive and friendly and provided many local recommendations for us when it came to restaurants, beaches and a local grocery store. The airbnb is pretty much just like the pictures and it is spacious enough for 2 people. The sunsets we saw were incredible and the pool was super clean. For the most part, the pool was pretty private. My bf and I walked to Flamingo Beach which was about a 25 min walk and also walked to A lo’ Nico for breakfast (also about a 20 min walk).
One thing I would highly recommend is renting a car if you are staying here. You can only get to the Airbnb through one dirt road and because it rained so heavily the last 2 weeks, there was one specific area that was hard for our Ubers to get through. If you order an Uber, make sure it’s Comfort because you have a better chance of being picked up in a 4x4.

Where do I begin. I’ll start by saying that my first trip to Costa Rica was greater than I ever expected. That started with the responsiveness of the host, Sebastian. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had and he even provided recommendations on food, excursions, transportation, etc. The condo is about an hour and half from Liberia Airport, but do not let that discourage you. There is plenty of scenery and culture to see on your way to the condo. Once I pulled up to the condo, I was met by the property security and he was very friendly and showed me to the unit. The view from the porch is even better than the pictures show. It’s so peaceful and quiet and the only thing you hear are birds, waves crashing on rock formation, and I even heard some howler monkeys in the trees close by. The condo is a short Uber ride or drive to various shops and restaurants in Petrero and Brasilito. If you’re on the fence about booking this place, this is your sign to make it happen.

Had an amazing stay in Flamingo, and Jesse and Sebastian were great hosts. The apartment was spotless, well-stocked, and very comfortable. Communication was good, and location was nice and central. But a heads up, the drive up to the apartment is on a rough, unfinished road so an AWD high clearance vehicle is definitely recommended.

The apartment was very clean and tidy, and looked exactly like the photos.
I'm very pleased with my stay, this is a beautiful place and has everything for your needs. Would book this airbnb again for sure!
Just a little heads up, for future guests be careful if your going in a sedan or small car as the last bit of road before arriving to the apartment is unpaved road so it might be a bit challenging if you're coming with a low car, other than that this is an excellent place to stay!

The place was incredible, just like in the pictures. It was very quiet and peaceful, with astonishing views of the beach. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including an espresso machine. Sebastian, our host, was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
