Comfortable and private studio surrounded by nature. At one end of the lush garden, on the second floor and surrounded by palm trees that give it complete privacy, your self-contained loft with private entrance and space for up to 4 people features a king size bed and two twin beds, a full ensuite bathroom, living room, TV with streaming (Netflix, Prime, Amazon), coffee maker, minibar and microwave (no kitchen).

Neighborhood highlights

The Bordo Blanco community is a quiet yet undeveloped area of the Tequisquiapan area. It is considered a town that depends on the capital, Tequisquiapan Centro. It is therefore very quiet; it dominates the song of the birds, there is no traffic noise or trucks or cars passing constantly. It is a rather rural environment; while the road is in good condition, the streets within our colony are in the process of being paved, so the roads are terracería. However, it is only 2 streets from the road to the entrance of your place. We also want to tell you that the area is growing, and we have a neighbor in front and behind the house, with whom we have very good relationships and are always very friendly. In addition, it is a growing area, and there are numerous constructions on site throughout the area - but none so close to the house that generates noise. It is a safe, friendly, rural area. Neighbors have dogs that can be intimidating, however, we assure you that they are friendly. At night the area is lit. In the same colony, less than 5 minutes away, we have 2 corner tents, and the Oxxo is a 10 minute walk away. Likewise, the most populated area of Bordo Blanco has all the basic services, such as tortillerías, butcherias, sausages, pharmacies, mechanical workshops, stationeries, etc., without having to move to Tx centro.
