• Access to the property will be provided 1 day prior to your arrival. Code will work at 4pm on day of check-in.

Other things to note
• Pets: This is a strictly pet-free property. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees and/or charges.
• Life jackets available in the shed near the lake.
• Neighboring Property: The newly built home next door is having its yard and landscaping put in. You may hear daytime equipment or yard work, though evenings remain quiet.
• Lawn Care: Our dedicated team performs routine lawn maintenance weekly, usually on Tuesdays.
• Please note that we require a signed rental agreement and updated ID within 24 hours of booking.
