Sleeps up to 4 with a pull-out couch. Situated at the end of a dead-end road—some guests enjoy the seclusion, others may not. Please book based on your preferences.

PLEASE NOTE: This home uses well water, which may have a distinct smell. Some love it, some don’t. If you’re unfamiliar with well water, please reconsider booking.
• Traffic Noise: Conveniently located next to I-10, but traffic sounds are part of the deal. If you’re sensitive to noise, this might not be the right fit.
• Efficiency Living: There’s no stove, but we provide a microwave and toaster. If cooking big meals is your thing, this space may not suit your needs.
• Space for Four: The cozy pull-out couch turns into a queen-size bed, accommodating up to four guests. However, please note it’s a smaller space—ideal for those who don’t mind close quarters.
• Accessibility: Two steps lead to the front door, bedroom and bathroom—please plan accordingly.
• We provide a smart TV with all major streaming apps already installed. Please note that login credentials are not included—you will need to sign in using your own streaming accounts.

Neighborhood highlights
Our home is located on a quiet dead-end street with only two residences, offering a peaceful and private setting. The area is safe and calm. Please note the home is located next to i10. On the nearby corner is JEA, our city’s electrical company. You may notice employees parking along the side of their building during the workweek (Monday through Friday). They typically arrive around 6:00 AM and return to pick up their vehicles at the end of the workday, around 4:00 PM. This does not interfere with access or parking for the home — we simply like to be transparent so guests know what to expect.
