During your stay
We will be very happy to help you with recommendations of places to visit or services to choose from.
When you check in, we will be there to welcome you personally, introduce you to our staff, give you a tour around the villa and make sure that you'll feel comfortable settling in your new home.
Throughout your stay, we're also available via phone or text messaging so you can always ping us whenever you have any question about the villa or about Ubud in general.
We will also provide you with a Guide Book/House Manual that consists of all the info to make your feel at home at our place. This Guide Book/House Manual is very detailed. It's a 10-pages guide book packed with house details, important contact numbers, how to order food/to get around, and even our personal hand-picked recommendations about places to visit, favourite restaurants, spa, yoga studio and many more. It's designed in such way so you can make yourself feel home as soon as you arrive, and that you could get around Ubud with local insights in hand!
At the villa itself we have a lovely caretaker/gardener, Pak Ketut. He doesn't really speak English, but he's really the sweetest uncle you would ever meet in your life. He'll be available to help you should you have urgent inquiries or request around the villa.
However, please note that we are not a hotel so we don't have 24/7 concierge staff to take care of you. We do have caretakers/cleaner/security guard to help with day-to-day maintenance, but a certain level of independence will be expected from the guests :)
That said, please don't hesitate to let us know if you'd need any assistance, have any question, or anything at all! We're always happy to help.
