The space
The home is centrally located just one block from the main dock, in the heart of town—close to shops and restaurants—while still offering a peaceful atmosphere, as all rooms are soundproofed. First Floor

The spacious great room is designed for connection and relaxation, featuring a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a generous dining area, and a comfortable living room with an impressive library. High-speed Wi-Fi and a large workspace are available for your convenience, allowing you to unwind or stay productive after a day of adventure.

Enjoy entertainment on the large flat-screen TV with a high-end surround sound system—perfect for movie nights or presentations—while staying comfortable with fans and air conditioning throughout the space. A professional PA system is also installed, allowing ambient music or announcements to be broadcast across different zones of the home.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas make it easy to share meals and enjoy a welcoming, social atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with a reverse osmosis water system for purified drinking water, as well as a smart refrigerator with both cubed and crushed ice options.

Second Floor

On the second level, you will find spacious staterooms designed for rest and rejuvenation. Each room is generously sized, air-conditioned, soundproofed, and filled with natural light. All rooms include private en-suite bathrooms to ensure maximum comfort and privacy.

Third Floor

The rooftop terrace is the highlight of the home, offering breathtaking views of both the ocean and the highlands. This serene space features multiple seating areas, hammocks, and different levels designed for relaxation and enjoyment of the surroundings.

Ideal for light sleepers and “night-owl” guests, this soundproof room is located in the quietest area of the home. It offers air conditioning and full comfort while ensuring a deeply restful and undisturbed sleep.
