Tumbleweed Manor is a great base for canyons and hiking. The surrounding area has the highest density of slot canyons in the world and is close to Capitol Reef, Goblin Valley, the San Rafael Swell, and Lake Powell.

I have set up the house for groups, with a big deck, games, and a great selection of maps and guidebooks. I can recommend trips, ranging from easy hikes with the family to full-on canyon adventures with ropes.

Heads up that two of the bedrooms are in a partly unfinished basement.
