About this listing

The apartment is beautiful, located in a building from the 18th century, in one of the liveliest and most famous squares in the city center: piazza Carlina. A wonderful setting.

The space

The house is really spatious.
After entering the door you will find a corridor with a sofa on your left, 3 beedrooms (2 single rooms and 1 double), 2 bathrooms, 1 laundry, 1 living room with a leather couch and 2 leather armchairs. Next to the 55'' LED 4K TV there is a fireplace.
Crossing the living room you will enter the dining room, with an antique table.
The separate kitchen is equipped with all the most modern appliances.
Last but not least, there is a balcony with a striking view of the Mole (Turin's symbol, a tower) and an inward-facing terrace.

The furnishings are sophisticated and we tried to combine design elements with antique furniture, respecting the style of the builing.

The guests will have access to the entire apartment.

We had a fantastic long weekend at Alberto's place. The apartment is as good as it looks in the photographs and we were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. Communication up to our arrival and during our stay was faultless. Travelling with two very small children (3 and 4months) we weren't in Turin for the nightlife(!) but had a great time walking round the city and were blessed with three solid days of sunshine. The location of Alberto's place is absolutely perfect for this and one of the reasons we chose it. We would definitely stay there again if we return to the city. A beautiful apartment in a great spot. Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying in this lovely flat! It was just as we remembered. Margherita and Franco, met us on our day of arrival and they are gracious and kind hosts. This apartment can really be a "home away from home" and as it is comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is full of shops, cafes and restaurants and centrally located to the many museums and attractions of Torino. You are within walking distance to everything and also close to public transportation options. If you are planning a visit to Torino, you will love staying at this flat.

We had a fantastic stay at Alberto's apartment! The location is perfect, right in the center of things. The apartment is incredibly clean and beautiful with great art work, it has been thoughtfully decorated. Our hosts parents were there to greet us even tho we arrived close to midnight. They were very thoughtful and graciously took care of any extra things we asked for. Communication was always quick and accommodating. We will happily stay here again when we next visit.

This fabulous, homely apartment was perfect for our family break in Turin. We loved it. Margherita and Alessandra made us feel very welcome; they took time to show us the apartment and to give us some helpful tips about the city. The location is perfect for exploring Turin - so many and varied places to enjoy great food, wine ... and of course ice cream ! Staff at the main tourist office on Piazza Castello were very helpful and the Torino - Piemonte card for entry to museums etc is well worth the money. The Museo Egizio and the Reggia di Venaria were highlights for us. Also the quirky Museo Nazionale del Cinema. All round a great place for a city break.

The home is on a beautiful piazza and is perfectly located in the heart of the city without feeling touristy. Very spacious with beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms, we were so comfortable. The flat is on the second floor//which is actually up 4 flights of stairs. We did not have access to the lift, so you have to be prepared for that. The owners left too many personal affects (clothing, etc) in the home so it felt very cluttered. However, it is very clean and well appointed. We stayed for two weeks and were very happy.

My family stayed in Alberto's apartment for one week August 2016. My wife and two daughters (5 and 9) had spent many hours looking for the perfect apartment in Turin and this one ticked all the boxes. From the original wooden ceilings and artwork to the fantastic location this apartment has it all. The area felt very safe and we were steps away from city attractions. I was attending a conference at Lingotto and could reach the underground in about 10 mins by foot. The conference centre is 10 mins tube ride and trains are every few mins. We were met by Alberto's aunt who was very welcoming and provided us with lots of information about the apartment and area. However, most helpful was the phone, email and text contact we were given in the week leading up to our stay. Given this was my first time driving in Italy I was planning to the last detail and needed lots of help (sorry Alberto!) with directions for parking. The only issues we had were with the electricity tripping and a short power cut - but these things are to be expected in old and interesting buildings. There was also work being done in the square outside which ruined the view and meant we couldn't use the parking space but noise was not a problem. Looks like this will be completed soon. The apartment was very clean and the bedrooms are full of character. My daughter loved looking through the post cards on the wall in her bedroom. Thank you Alberto for letting us stay in your apartment. My colleagues all stayed in other AirBnB apartments in Turin during the same week. Your's was the best!
