Well, I read carefully the comment and I'm pleased you enjoyed the stay even if you a had some remarks. I'd like to make some precisions and answers to some of those remarks.
1/"flat advertised for 6 beds" ? No, It was written that we had two extra mattresses to put on the living room for one or two nights, but that it was not a flat for more than 4 people. As Handrit and his friends were only 3, we didn't put the mattresses in the linking room.
2/"10/15 min walk from the center? No, it's written 10/15 minutes by public transport or by car. I never wrote that the center of Lyon was accessible directly by walk.
3/"nothing is around the apartment" ? Yes, just before midnight when Handrit and his friends arrived, most of the shops are closed. But there are a delivering pizza restaurant and a Mc Donalds restaurant 10 minutes by walk from the flat, a supermarket 10 minutes by walk too and a bakery, butcher, restaurants 15-20 minutes by walk too. But there are open before 11pm not after.
4/"the cleanliness of the place"? In deed, we were not aware and very surprises to have a booking on the day of arrival, as I chose to refuse booking on the day in the properties of Airbnb website. And you can check that it's still written "no booking on the day of arrival". But anyway, we had cleaned the flat the day before so it was not "fresh" clean I confess.
5/"dirty linen" ? On this point I don't understand. We put fresh cleaned linen on the bed and on the armchair in the living room to use them on the bed and on the sofa bed and there were not used when we come back ! Handrit and his friends have slept on the bed without the bed case and the pillowcase which were cleaned. In deed, the pillow and the mattress were not made to be slept on without linen!
And a remark from my side:
1/Before I accept the booking when Handrit asked me on friday, I asked him what time he thought he would arrive on the day and leave on monday and I ask if 11am-midday was ok as I would come back to the flat then and this way we could exchange the key and remarks. He told me yes, so I accept the booking.
They arrived at almost midnight on fir day instead of 11pm (we had to wait for them 1h ) and they told me that they would leave at 6am on monday instead of 11ham midday like they just told me a cupel of hours before.
And as all the shops were closed, even restaurant at this time of night, we helped them to find something to eat and drink with a delivery system.
2/When I came back on monday, around midday, the outside lights were on, the halogen light in the living room too, so as the hifi stereo tuner and the playstation. I wonder for how long there have been on. There were some ice cream stuck on a wood table, taken from the freezer whereas it was our food, not to take.
So, I'm glad and happy for this stay, but very surprises to get some remarks about number of beds, time to go to the center by walk or cleanliness of the linen whereas everything was written on the add. And still surprise that the fact I wrote I didn't want booking on the day of arrival wasn't taken into account by airbnb website.
