Guests are welcome to smoke outside and on the covered side porch. There is a guest parking area with room for three to four cars next to the barn as well as a circular driveway for unloading luggage right next to the house. We do allow one guest pet by prior arrangement and for a $25 fee (onetime fee). Please note that for the safety of your pet and the security of our home, we do not allow your pet to be left alone unless he/she is happily crated. Of course, you can come downstairs for a cup of coffee! But don't ditch the dog for 3 hours while you go sightseeing. :)

Sandra was great, she was in touch before we arrived and greeted us immediately. She had the room set up and ready and gave us a quick tour of the house and property. We really enjoyed our stay!

Sandra was very accommodating, helpful and the room had all we needed. She expertly attended to anything we needed, and the beautiful horses and old world home took us back 300 years and we wondered what is was like there at that time. We will be back!

Sandra's place is really lovely. The location is close to Mystic and things to do in the area. Peaceful, quite, old-world country feeling.

This is a really amazing old home. We loved looking around and taking in so much of the way wood was worked 300 years ago. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms modern, and everything was very clean. The location was beautiful. The view of the two horses out the bathroom window was my son's favorite part of the house. Cheers to Sandra!

We chose to stay at this bed-and-breakfast instead of paying double to stay at a nearby casino. The experience was so much better, it was so cool to experience a house that was built from such a long time ago. Sandra was there to greet us when we arrived and she was very easy-going and pleasant. There were three rooms all booked on our floor but we never even saw or heard anyone during our stay. House is located in a very peaceful and serene setting in the horses in the back help make you feel so far removed from the city.

The house is very special. You literally feel yourself descending into other time. You don't get this from the pictures but once you are there it is really incredible. Great location, great host and a very special ambiance.
