Our apartment is located in our home, it is a basement apartment. We are apart of the Long Beach historical society, being one of the oldest and largest homes in Long Beach. Just steps away from the beach and all our good local fun!!

The area where our home is located is called the “West homes of Long Beach” one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Long Beach located on West Penn street in between Lindell and Washington. We have lived in this area for over 30 years. It's the beauty of the old homes, a wonderful beach community, summer concerts on the beach, and long bike rides on our beautiful Boardwalk. We look forward to have you enjoy what we here in Long Beach call summer!!
