Beautifully furnished home in highly sought after neighborhood of Morrison Ranch in Gilbert. Well appointed to keep you comfortable for your 30+ day stay. Single level home w/ great separation of space between all bedrooms. 3 bedrooms + private office & 3 full baths. Kitchen w/ lots of cabinetry & walk-in pantry. Tile floors throughout main areas w/ carpet in bedrooms. Private backyard w/ dining table, sofa, fire pit table, putting green & heated pool (addt. fee). Garage available for guest use.

The space
2,123 square foot home on a corner lot w/ a grassy neighborhood common area directly across the street. Stunningly decorated and well thought out to keep all guests comfortable for long stays. Upon entering the home you can turn to your left and you will find the private office with a Murphy bed in it in case you need space for an additional guest or two during your stay, so at times this house could comfortably sleep 8 guests. The desk can be moved into the rooms walk-in closet to make room for the bed to be pulled down. Office/den has full bathroom right off the bedroom, somewhat tucked away so it is mostly private and could function well as a mother-in-law suite. Walk further into the home and find the formal living area adorned with 4 stylish swivel chairs and smart tv. Kitchen, dining & living area share large open space for great open concept, perfect for every day life and hosting. Kitchen has eating bar with 3 barstools and dining table can comfortably accommodate meals for 10+ people. Living area has comfortable sectional sofa, electric fireplace and smart tv along with a double door slider that opens to covered patio area, backyard & pool.

Backyard is fully fenced w/ gated entry on one side. Covered patio area has dining table for 6. Outdoor sofa with propane fire pit table surrounded by turf. Pebble tec pool with in-ground pop-up cleaning system. Pool can be heated by electric heat pump from October through April for additional fee ($300/week). Built-in propane bbq. Side yard has 3 hole putting green. Backyard is private as only houses around are 1 level.

Pet friendly, some restrictions apply, please inquire with management. No unapproved pets are allowed on premises. Additional pet fees & cleaning fees apply.

3 bedrooms: all with ceiling fans
#1: Primary ensuite w/ California king bed, private access to backyard, dresser, smart tv, large bathroom with double sinks and ample cabinetry, large step-in glass enclosed shower, private toilet area, large walk-in closet.
#2: Queen bed, closet with organizer, smart tv
#3: Queen bed, closet with organizer, smart tv
Office/den: desk with chair, walk-in closet, queen Murphy bed. Desk can be moved into walk-in closet to accommodate bed being pulled down. House can sleep 8 if need be with 2 in the queen Murphy bed.

2 hall bathrooms. 1st hall bathroom is close to bedrooms 2 & 3 with a tub/shower combo. 2nd hall bathroom is off office/den and has step-in shower w/ glass enclosure.

Bed linens and towels provided, including pool towels.

Soaps, shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided. Paper products provided. All of these are provided in a supply to get you started for your stay, you will likely need to furnish your own supply of these items depending on the length of your stay.

Laundry room w/ washer & dryer.

2 car attached garage, however owners have one car stored in garage that is off limits to guests, thus there is only parking for one car inside garage. 2 car driveway for guest parking.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire home except one locked closet in the hall.

Other things to note
30+ day minimum stays only, no stays shorter than 30 days are allowed per community CC&R's. Guests are not allowed to park cars overnight on the street, per CC&R's. All guests are asked to abide by the neighborhood CC&R's and if they do not and receive a fine, the fine will be passed along to you as the guest to pay.
