Interaction with Guests
We will be present, living our daily lives. Erin has a varied schedule and works partially from home. Alex will work on weekdays. We are rather versatile, we love meeting new people and getting to know the people that come through our place and if you require some quiet time, it is easy to find in your bedroom.
We love that our neighborhood is fairly quiet, but centrally located for easy access to almost anywhere in the city. The historically Italian neighborhood offers a few small quirky local restaurants within walking distance and a wider variety of eclectic options in the neighboring neighborhoods.

Erin was very welcoming and was there to meet me and show me around. Their place was great! A clean, quiet, and private room with a balcony. I was there two nights and had breakfast and coffee waiting for me each morning when I woke up. Great place and very close to the train and bus stops made it easy to get around.
Great experience and I would definitely stay again.
-The host is friendly, nice people, cool, responsive and informative. Erin and Alex were there to welcome us. Thank you.
-A lot of privacy and easy to get a good night sleep. The atmosphere is cool and comfortable. The ambiance is relaxing and inviting.
-The bedroom has a private balcony at the back of the unit on the 2nd floor. It is quiet and peaceful. The bed is comfortable with side table, accent chair, bookshelf w/ travel guide books and the cool cartoon animated subway map on the way. The private bathroom locates outside the bedroom down the long hallway illuminated by several stylish wall lamps. It feels like a Spa Retreat in there. Very clean and tranquil with glass door shower, modern lighting, nice wall tiles.
-The place is clean, organize, airy and open.
-The Kitchen is so welcoming with a large granite countertops, fridge, microwave, cabinet and drawers were carefully labeled out for easy to find stuff. The location is close to highway, and downtown.
**Overall** :- Great place and highly Recommended.
Erin met me at check-in and made me feel extremely welcome and very much at home. I was concerned about parking. She reassured me that there would be some spots opening up which turned out absolutely true. My room and bathroom were in a lovely flat which was very well-kept and inviting. the choices for breakfast were abundant. There was room in the fridge for the Chinese take-home that I had brought. Alex arrived a little later but was equally pleasant and helpful. I must say it was a wonderful first-time Airbnb experience for me. I will check first with Alex and Erin the next time I visit Chicago.
The apartment and bathroom was always very clean and our room big enough.A luxury to have our own balcony, too. The location was very close to the City and to Public Transport so it was easy to get to (website hidden) is also a big Advantage that Erin &Alex offers a lovely breakfast with everything you need.thanks again for everything. We enjoyed our stay very much and we recommend it to everyone.
Erin and Alex were both very kind and helpful. They even provided breakfast. Their apartment is every bit as lovely as the description. It is open and spacious and the little private balcony off the guest room was a great place to sit at the end of the day.
This was a great location to visit the city. Easy commute via Blue Line. Alex and Erin were so helpful, great conversations, and really nice, simple bfast options provided. Loved Chicago and staying here made it such a pleasurable experience.
This was better than expected. Comfortable bed, which is important for travelers. GREAT for price ---- would love to stay again!

Our place is pretty relaxed. It is private enough, that if you want alone time, its easy to take as much as you need, but if you want to be social and we're around, we love getting to know new people and hanging out, or showing people some of the places we love.
