First floor, two bedroom, one bath apartment in 1890’s classic Victorian “shore house.” One block to boardwalk, beach and ocean.

Sleeping accommodations include one queen bed, one double bed and a pullout sofa (double). Amenities include two TV's, wifi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans and window AC’s. Large wraparound veranda porch and large rear yard with patio, gas grill and patio furniture.

The space
Great location to enjoy the shore. First floor, two bedroom, one bath apartment in 1890’s classic Victorian “shore house.”

This is a 2-family house located one block to beach. You would be renting the first floor apartment. You’ll love my place because of the people, the proximity to the beach, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with 2-3 kids).

One block to boardwalk, beach and ocean. Sleeping accommodations include one queen bed, one double bed and a pullout sofa (double). Amenities include flatscreen cable TV, internet access, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans and window AC’s.

Large wraparound veranda porch and large rear yard with patio, gas grill and lawn furniture. You can park in driveway up to 2 cars. You do not need to leave keys and can come and go as you please.

Parking is also allowed on all the surrounding streets with no permit. We like to take the spots in front of house on street if available. :-). The boardwalk offers many restaurants, shops, arcades, games and amusement rides. Also convenient to downtown Point Pleasant Beach dining, nightlife and shops, train station, and Manasquan Inlet.

PLEASE READ IF RENTING ATER LABOR DAY

Window AC units will most likely be removed if renting end of September/Begininng of October

The outdoor shower will be turned off;

The outdoor furniture and gas grill maybe put away (depending on when first big storm comes)...check with me to see if still available!

We will have more personal items in the closets and dresser such as some kids sweatshirts, jackets, etc.

If any of the above is a concern if renting during this time frame please check with me and we can see if something can be worked out.

Entire first floor of the house. Keyless entry to house.

NOTE: 6 persons is the max occupancy. Please do not bring any additional guests over 6 including children - not allowed even for additional fee. It is a violation of our town permit and is not allowed at our property.

Other things to note
You don’t need to worry about having a great stay! It’s the perfect place !
