This wonderful beach front property has soaring ceilings, a flowing floor plan, King beds, and recently remodeled bathrooms.
Sit in the comfy chairs and watch the ocean roll in, stroll into town for coffee and pastry, or beach comb the day away!
There's nothing but sand between you and the Pacific Ocean at this spacious and relaxing beachfront house in Stinson Beach.
Located just three houses down from the State Park and sprawled across three lots, this home has two off-street parking spaces, outdoor table/chair seating for six, a wild yard, and huge unencumbered views of the ocean from the comfort of the Living Room.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, private bathroom with jacuzzi tub and views out to ocean, plus a 5x10 ocean-facing deck which is also accessible from the Living Room.
The second bedroom also has a King size bed, skylight, window view of the ocean from the bed, and a separate bathroom with shower stall with a bright sunny skylight.
In the Living Room is a queen size fold out sleeper sofa for another two guests, for a maximum of six overnight guests.
The large open Living Room has 10' ceilings, and four enormous 92" tall windows for a magnificent, panoramic view of the ocean, often with views of dolphins and sea otters swimming and playing in the surf.
The kitchen has all basic amenities: pots, pans, dishes, utensils, stemware, drip coffee maker, french press with grinder, Breville juicer. No perishables are provided besides salt, pepper and leftover spices from previous guests.
The washer/dryer are located in the Laundry Room adjacent to the Kitchen, and detergent is provided.
There is Wi-Fi on-site, cable TV in each room, a blu-ray player, iPod dock, and CD player in the Living Room.
Pets are allowed with pre-approval for $20/pet/night fee that must be collected prior to arrival since AirBnB does not offer a pet fee option with their pricing. Please see House Manual for details about pet conduct. Fines may apply.

Noise which may disturb the occupants of neighboring properties is not permitted. Amplified music is not permitted outdoors. Large groups (more than eight during the day) are not allowed due to the limitations of the septic systems (sorry about that) and adverse impact on the home and neighbors. Breach of this clause, complaints by neighbors, or a visit from the Sheriff may result in a fine of $500 and/or you being required to vacate the property forfeiting your entire payment and all associated fees. Ouch.
There are two bikes plus locks available for your use on the back deck. Please lock them up when you take them out.
There is central heat so you'll be cozy inside any time of the year.
I tend to not approve splitting up weekend nights, but if it's important, I'll charge Sunday night at the weekend rate.

Interaction with Guests
The property is all yours during your reservation. If I need to drop by for some reason I would email or call you first to see if it would be convenient for you. The only time I've done that in the past is to bring items that might be useful to you during your stay.
It's right on the beach!
The street is one of the close-in streets so it's extremely convenient to either walk along the beach to get into town for a coffee and pastry, or dinner out in the evening, or, walk up into the hills towards the Matt David trail, Steep Ravine, Slide Ranch, etc.
The street is also private so your parking is protected and the other homes are privately owned so if you have any problems just let me know and I will contact my neighbors directly.
Walking, bicycles, your own car, and strolling along the beach are the best modes of transportation.

Pet Addendum: There is a nightly per pet rate. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Please bring your own pet blankets to cover furniture, and use the provided towels to wipe down all animals prior to entering the house. Please feed your pets within the kitchen area in order to minimize mess. Since AirBnB does not offer a separate 'pet fee' option, the fee in cash or check is due prior to check-in.
No more than two cars can fit on property so you might consider parking additional cars at the State Park during it's open hours (9-6pm I believe?) and then walking the short distance down the beach to the house. Any interference with the neighbor's parking may incur additional fines. Please help us out and keep all cars out of the way of the neighbors space. Thank you!
