Welcome to this industrial loft in the heart of Maboneng. This duplex loft offers a space for you to live, work and play in the CBD’s premier regeneration zone.
Located on Albrecht street nightlife, dinning and culture are all on your doorstep.
So whether you are grooving at Cosmopolitan or dinning at Pata Pata you will always be a short walk from home.
The building has 24 hr security and a police station nearby.

The space
The loft is divided into two floors. The first floor consist of the kitchen area, dinning area, and lounge. There is also a casual conversation space for reading or having a drink.
Finally, a desk is provided for working.
The second floor has the bed and bathroom areas with a view of the ground level.
An additional sofa bed can be provided for the third and fourth guest should it be necessary.

Guest access
The keys are by the security area and you should ask for keys to unit 5. I usually check in guests but sometimes this is not possible.

Other things to note
There is a pool with a restaurant and bar. This is an outdoor pool and is weather dependent. The securities can show you the location.
