Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire upstairs apartment. The unit has its own separate entrance for complete privacy.

➤ Parking: Free street parking is available directly in front of the house. Please note that the driveway is reserved exclusively for the downstairs guest and is not available for your use.

➤ Laundry Access: This unit does have a washer or dryer.
➤ Duplex Unit: This is the upstairs unit of a duplex. You may hear normal sounds of living from the downstairs unit. There are no shared interior spaces.
➤ Safety & Security: The property is equipped with Ring floodlight cameras on the exterior and a smart lock for your safety and peace of mind.
➤ Balcony Access: For your safety, the balcony is not accessible to guests, and the doors should remain locked.
➤ Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper to get you settled in. For longer stays, you will need to purchase additional supplies.
➤ Long-Term Stays: For stays of 30 nights or more, a standard lease agreement is required per local regulations. This will be sent after booking for you to complete.
➤ Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 48-72 hours of arrival, the standard check-in time is 7:00 PM. We will do our best to accommodate earlier requests if possible.
