  • Vicki is a super fun and attentive person. The room looks EXACTLY like the picture. The bathroom was super clean and spacious. Water pressure was great! I felt as if I was staying at a hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.

  • Vicki's place was perfect for our short stay in Clearwater. Very cute, clean, and convenient, and the setting was really peaceful. Proximity to the beach is really easy as well - it's about a 10 min drive to hop over to Clearwater beach. Vicki was flexible and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend her apt to others!

  • Awesome time, Vicki was very accommodating. Super clean room, very very nice bathroom. Had everything we needed for the vacation for a great price. The garden in front of the house was also very beautiful.

  • The room was very comfortable and Vicki was very nice. I am bothered by the fact that the room is listed as $50 a night and I was charged $65. Vicki was unable to provide me with an itemized bill to account for the additional $15. per night.

  • Vicki was wonderful! We loved our stay at her Garden Room. We stayed for three nights and we were sad to leave. The room was clean, organized and adorable. Vicki was very approachable and was very friendly when we had questions. Will definitely stay again!

  • I had really looked forward to this visit, but it turned out to be very disappointing. The room is posted as accommodating 3 people and I indicated 3 guests on my booking, however, there is only a queen bed (no pull-out, sofa, recliner, etc). The listing also states there is an air mattress option, but the host indicated there were none available. If the air mattress is intended to provide the +1 to the bed, there should always be one available. A queen bed alone does not sleep three.

The room also has a VERY strong odor of smoke.

On the plus side, the host provides a lot of local information on a (website hidden) site.

We have used AirBnB for other rentals in the Tampa/St.Pete area which were great experiences, but sadly, this wasn't in the same caliber and definitely not a place I would recommend.

    Response from Vicki:

So sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I was out of town when you where there. All extra beds must be requested in advance. Both were taken when you were there. I thought you had said the 3rd was a baby and I did offer I pack n play.

  • Vicki was very cool and the place was great. Clean, comfy, and perfectly located. I only wish we had more time to explore. We would definitely come back. Thanks Vicki!

  • We loved our stay at this cottage guest house near the beach and shops at Dunedin! It was clean, comfortable, private, quiet and quaint. We had everything we needed and Vicki provided us with maps and local insider tips on where to go and what to see that was off the beaten path. We got to meet her and she was charming, friendly and welcoming.

About
Hi, welcome to Florida! I'm as low key and easy going as it gets. I love nature and have a big, edible garden behind the apartments. I also enjoy kayaking, art, books, theater, crafts and of course having fun with my family and friends. My favorite vacation was a road trip out west with my camper and my dog. It lasted three months and I hiked all over Colorado, Utah and New Mexico. What scenery! Being an Airbnb host has been an amazing experience. I've enjoyed meeting so many wonderful people.
