You’ll love the location - on Lower Briggate, just minutes walk from train & bus station & literally on the doorstep to shops (Trinity Centre), restaurants, bars, & clubs (Call Lane, Lower Briggate)

The Apt' itself is special, set over 3 floors (Kitchen, Lounge, Bedroom & Bathroom) dating 150 years, it has been modernised to make an ideal City Centre base.

A spiral staircase connects 3 floors, the apartment is yours to use as your own when you stay. Wifi, Sonos speakers, TV on every floor.

The location & it being set over 3 floors make it pretty special

The sleeping arrangements are a King Size bed and a Sofa (as seen in the photos)… please note though that the Sofa is NOT a sofa bed. That said for 1 or 2 night stays guests do say that it is comfortable and practical.

**Price is based on 2 only and any additional guests are by request and will be with an increase in the price to reflect extra occupancy.**
