Stay in a unique three-bedroom A-frame farmhouse with ocean views and lanai. Sleeping up to 6 guests, the home offers a full kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, fast Wi-Fi and self check-in - ideal for families, friends and longer stays in South Kona.
You’ll be surrounded by a peaceful 10-acre organic coffee and fruit farm, a short drive from Two Step Beach and Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau. Spend the day snorkelling and exploring, then return for sunset meals on the lanai.

The space
Our unique A-frame farmhouse was shipped over from Europe in the 70s. Enjoy the oceanic feeling of being on a boat as you enjoy the natural beauty of the Hawaiian islands. The ocean and jungle views from our location are truly unbeatable!
This spacious 3-bedroom suite includes a Queen bed in the upstairs master bedroom plus the option to add a Twin bed to accommodate one extra guest in each room.
Downstairs bedroom #1: includes a Full and Twin bed and has a whimsical, oceanic feel with lots of wall shelving and built in table space.
Downstairs bedroom #2: has a built in Twin bed and desk. It’s perfect for one person to sleep or could be enjoyed as a cozy office space for remote working!
Our ocean-view spacious patio lanai is the perfect spot for enjoying gorgeous sunsets, reading, resting, lounging, dining and entertaining! It is massive and one of the most incredible features of the A-frame.
Our sleeping spaces are perfect for up to 6 people, you can book the other suites to sleep up to 13 for your group gathering!

Paliuli Farm Sanctuary sits on a lush, ocean-view corridor known for its unique, calming, and restorative energy.
Our 10-acre farm has endless land for you to explore, filled with over 3,000 coffee trees, Bread Fruit (Ulu), Avocado, Passionfruit, Mango, and many others.
We are a short drive from the Place of Refuge and Two Step Beach, where wild spinner dolphins rest and vibrant marine life thrives. Within minutes, you'll find some most beautiful snorkeling spots in the world.
DESIGNED FOR COMMUNITY, SABBATICALS AND LONGER STAYS
Guests come to write, study, heal, and (re)connect with themselves and their loved ones. The land encourages slower rhythms and deeper presence.

NOTE ON TROPICAL LIVING (READ BEFORE YOU BOOK):
The joys of tropical living do come with some wildness in the form of bugs, geckos and birds. We do our best to keep the spaces clean and sanitized when you arrive and are happy to refresh it for longer stays.
If you are looking for more of a hotel experience without the potential of bugs and geckos getting inside the room, this might not be a fit for you.
Our space is ideal for nature lovers who are comfortable with close encounters with the wildlife that resides here! :)

There may be other guests staying in our 10-acre farm and retreat sanctuary during your stay. We have adjoining suites on both sides of the A-frame. It’s the perfect layout to meet new friends while traveling or to host an intimate gathering of friends and family.
However, there is quite a bit of privacy in the house and expanded patio lanai area. We also have quiet hours to ensure the peace and serenity of your nature experience on our land!

QUIET HOURS:
We offer a peaceful retreat sanctuary for those who are seeking a deeper connection to self and nature.
We honor silence with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, with no music and only quiet conversations during this time since no one closes their windows in Hawaii. The sound does carry here on our side of the bay, so we want to be mindful of noise for our neighbors as well! We don’t have TVs in any of the spaces but you’re welcome to take advantage of the high speed internet and stream movies on your devices.
We are very easy to reach by text and the airbnb app.
We also have onsite land stewards if you need anything during your stay.
