Private accessible one floor living with a gym. A part of the Waterfront Tapley Farm legacy. A brand new, first floor, private apartment on a beautiful waterfront beach . Charm, total comfort, full kitchen and king bed over looking the Bagaduce River where the Herons live and the breezes and radiant night skies abound. The space is designed for comfort, convenience and located near all mid coast has to offer. Photos are of the farm only.

The space
A lovely apartment accessible on one floor living with a washer dryer and Gym. The main living space is not occupied when you are there. The property is a part of the Sea Captain legacy of Brooksville. The land here, known as the finest in Maine is where the families had farms and built Clipper Ships that sailed around the Cape to San Fransisco and China. This new home built for an heir to this 200 year legacy where preserving the character of times gone by matters. Certified organic, the property uses chemicals only when necessary preserving the water and our fields.
Total privacy and easy access to the first floor accessed by the driveway. The upper level is private and it is not occupied when leased.

Guest access
The First floor living includes a gym and washer dryer with easy accessibility form the driveway. It is a totally private space.

Other things to note
The gym is a wonderful addition for weights and a tread mill and a spot for yoga. There are two private beaches on the farm, both walking distance. There is water access for a kayak launch also.

Moving to Maine, back to the family farm, has been an amazing experience as we share a rekindling for a simpler life and a more sacred existence. Our replenishing the ground to rebuild our environment as we cultivate medicinal herbs has been a reconnection to a simple and elegant purpose. Our grandchildren and grown children are our life's loves and we travel to see them all. We use Home Exchange to travel on occasion when we are not visiting our family and have been to many wonderful places. We love the cultural and creative events here in Brooksville and love to cook in as we but our food directly from our farmers so the quality challenges the best we have had in France! Naturally, a rural life is full of movies and reading and we participate in many local activities which we have many of in our area. We genuinely enjoy our wonderful guests and can say they have all enriched our lives. Our lives are full and in turn we try to stay on our path to renew this farm and have a sacred life, close to nature and the people we love.
