Your Treetop Villa is a very spacious 2 story home accommodating up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and a huge living room. You can open all the doors in the living room to let a refreshing breeze flow throughout the entire floor. Creating a feeling of being outside yet still protected.

Located on the ground floor of the Treetop Villa is a separate pool apartment that sleeps 2 guests, complete with 1 bed- and living room. The whole 3 story villa is available @ http://airbnb.com/h/luxury-treetop-pool-villa-and-apartment-rawai-phuket

Your Treetop Villa has a 140 sqm living room with aircon, large comfortable sofa, dining table for 6, full kitchen and TV corner.

The second level below has 2 spacious aircon bedrooms (30 sqm each), both with its own private bathroom. Total living area of your Villa are about 260 sqm.

This set up has no pool but don’t worry, Naiharn Beach and Ya Nui Beach is only a 5 minute drive from here.

Our viewpoint villas are set on a hillside, providing great views. While the road is steep, it is accessible by car or motorcycle.

Car rentals are available at the airport and close to our estate, making it easy for you to explore all that Phuket has to offer.

For your convenience, you should be comfortable driving a scooter or car and possess a valid international driving license. To reach our home, you'll need to navigate a short but steep hill. Although restaurants and shopping areas are within walking distance, the lack of pedestrian walkways means walking can be dangerous. Car rentals start at approximately 1,000 Baht per day, while scooters are available for around 250 Baht per day nearby. Many rental shops even offer delivery of your vehicle directly to our estate.

Nai Harn is a charming community located in southern Phuket, with Chalong Bay, Rawai, and Nai Harn Beaches just a 5-minute drive away. Kata and Karon beaches are only 10 minutes away. You'll also find an array of fantastic restaurants nearby, serving both delicious Thai and international cuisine.

Our maid services are offered a couple of times per week, and she'll clean the rooms while you are out. Towels are changed frequently, and bed sheets are replaced weekly.

Due to the frequent increase of constructions in Phuket there might be sometimes some noise from neighboring sites.

You can park your motorcycles or car on our driveway.

We strongly recommend renting a scooter, available for around 250 Baht per day, or a car, which you can rent at the airport for as low as 1,000 Baht per day. While walking up our hill is a great workout, you'll find that restaurants, shopping, and beaches are not really within walking distance. Taxis are a convenient alternative, and services like Grab and Bolt are readily available in Phuket. Enjoy your stay!

Welcome to Rawai/Naiharn in Phuket Thailand. My wife and me are taking care of the villas and our dive center at Karon Beach - "Sunrise Divers". Our 2 kids are going to a nearby school. We were extremely lucky to have been able to build our dream house here on a small hill surrounded by lush vegetation. Today you can share with us the beautiful experience of tropical living in fresh air at our beautiful boutique resort.
