About This Listing
Double bed in private room in modern apartment with own bathroom. This is a ground floor apartment so no need for use of a lift.
The apartment is based in central Dublin, a 15 minute walk to city centre. There are many great restaurants, cafes, bars, with theatre and concert venues nearby, including the O2, Bord Gais Energy Theatre and the Aviva Stadium.
Spencer Dock is serviced by the Luas (tram) with the Spencer Dock stop literally outside the apartment - journey time 5 minutes to the city centre. The Airport bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the apartment (€6 fare one way - journey time 20 minutes). The DART station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment which will take you to lovely seaside towns such as Howth, Malahide, Dun Laoghaire and Dalkey.
The apartment has free hi-speed wifi. Guests have use of a fully equipped kitchen.
Your private bathroom has a power shower. We know how difficult it is to travel with liquids these days so there will be shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in your bathroom. Your bedroom will have ample wardrobe space and clean towels and clean sheets will all be provided. A hair dryer is also provided in your room.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NON-SMOKING APARTMENT.
We do ask that you give a €50 deposit when you get here for the key and key fob. You will get back this when you are leaving. It is so people wont leave with the key or to replace a lost key. The key has a fob attached to it for to opening the gate and it is expensive to replace. We used to ask for a lower deposit until a recent key lost their key and fob and we discovered it was €50 to replace! We hope you don't mind! If you are from a country which does not use € we can take the deposit in the equivalent in your currency so you are not left with €50 as you leave!
PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT FOLLOWING ON FROM A RECENT MISUNDERSTANDING THIS IS A SHARED ACCOMODATION NOT AN APARTMENT OF YOUR OWN!
We are an easy-going couple with no major house rules.
We do work Monday-Friday and while we know you are on holiday we would ask that you are conscientious of noise at night!
During your stay in our home you are welcome to use the kitchen and living room as much as you wish.
Interaction with Guests
We do work Mon-Fri so will most likely not be in the apartment during the day.

Our hosts were very wonderful, accommodating and helpful! The location is wonderful! Don't hesitate to reserve thus room!
Excellent location, super nice apartment, clean everything and even breakfast to get you on your way. Simon went above and beyond to ensure that even though our flight was delayed (until 1 in the morning) he greeted us and made us feel welcome. He was also very helpful with a Dublin map and suggestions around the area. Highly recommended.
The reservation was canceled 10 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
