Cozy one (1) bedroom cottage with ability to sleep four (4) is located in the heart of Sylvan Beach on Oneida Lake. With direct access to the wide, sandy beach & shallow walk-out lake, it's a perfect getaway to enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, lounging, spectacular sunsets, views, & more! Situated right in the village, you can walk to the area's best restaurants, shops, amusement park, village happenings and festivals, & the brand-new casino! Enjoy several new renovations & updated decor!

The space
We are making some great updates to our cottage!
In 2021, the cottage will be professionally cleaned in-between each guest meeting AirBnB's COVID cleaning and sanitizing standards.

Guests will enjoy the whole cottage including:

- Open living space with newly renovated light knotty pine, new ceiling fan, lighting and bright yet relaxing beach decor.
- Dinning and living area with new window, dining table and chairs, TV, and a NEW sleeper sofa (fits 2 adults or 3 small children comfortably)
- Newly renovated full bathroom.
- Bedroom with a double bed, storage, and new window to take in the view of the beach and lake.
- Galley kitchen with new refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, basic cooking supplies, utensils, dishes, and drink-ware.
- New window air conditioners give you a cool escape inside on hot days.
- New heating unit to keep cozy on cooler days and nights.
- Private deck with and umbrella table set and NEW additional patio seating with additional table and seating allowing for maximum outdoor enjoyment.
- Wi-Fi & cable
- Guests will receive parking passes for two vehicles.

While we provide a light weight quilt for both the double bed and sleeper sofa, guests will need to bring their own linens including pillows, sheets, and towels.

Other items to consider bringing:
- Beach chairs and/or towels
- Sand and water toys and floats
- Bicycles
- Sunglasses & sunscreen!

The neighborhood is a residential area of summer cottages in the village of Sylvan Beach located on the beautiful, sandy beach and lake. Located close to coffee shop, restaurants, convent stores, shopping, ice cream and brand-new casino! Down the street, within walking distance are the town bandshell with live music on Wednesdays, and the hosting area of festivals and entertainment, plus the amusement park and playground.
The village is perfect for walking, running, or riding a bike. The beach and lake are a prime spot for water recreation such as kayaking, boating, and fishing!
