This is a dedicated Airbnb space just three blocks from the shops and restaurants of historic downtown. You can keep walking west right into Settler's Park hiking area. Small, 450 square foot top (3rd) floor cozy oasis set in an ordinary looking apartment complex. About the size of a typical hotel suite plus a large private outdoor balcony. There is also a wonderful deli at the west end of the building and a park on the east. Enjoy public outdoor olympic size pool a short walk away. We are very excited about this Airbnb space with it's vaulted ceilings,bamboo floors, large outside deck and lovely north view. We have enjoyed outfitting this wonderful nest with organic bedding and towels, original art, fully outfitted kitchen. It also has it's own, large designated parking space right across from the elevator. This lovely place is small, but airy and delightful.
The bedroom is all bed (queen size) with a large north facing window. Perfect for a single or couple. The bedroom opens into the living room/kitchen area.

The space is small for more than two people, but we do have a fold out full size couch. There is a $30 a night per person fee for more than two people. We are very strict about not allowing guests on the loft which has a too steep ladder to be considered safe. We look forward to hosting you soon!

Elevator right from parking to the door. Full kitchen. Wi fi. Fold out full size couch. Public olympic summer outdoor pool 2 blocks away. Yoga studio and deli on the west side of the building. washer and dryer in condo. Designated covered parking space near the elevator.
Interaction with Guests
We rarely meet our guests in person as the self check in and out is so easy. We are always keen to meet up over coffee and give you a local's view of the town.
This is a coveted location in Boulder for it's easy access to shops, world class restaurants and hiking. All you have to do is walk west on Pearl and within a block you will see all that Boulder has to offer. The Pearl St outdoor mall separates the East end and historic West End shopping districts. You can keep walking west right onto Settlers park hiking trails.
Most of Boulder's attractions are right out your door including the Boulder Creek biking and walking path. The main bus station is fairly close at 14th and Walnut. There are also bus stops just about everywhere including next to the condo. Boulder is also bike friendly with miles of biking paths.

For Airbnb guests only. No parties. Please note: we do not allow people that are smokers, not just no smoking on property. No drugs, or pets. The space is not suitable for children. The building charges a steep fine for any pets seen on the premises. There is a minimum $50.00 lost key fee. We appreciate you leaving the space tidy. In an effort to keep your costs down, we split the cleaning fee with you. We do not issue refunds for cancelled flights. No more than four people in the condo at any time. Please inform us of the exact number of guests that are included in the reservation. There is a small daily fee for any more than two guests and a limit of four.
About the Host, Carolanne
We are a family of artists and musicians ranging in age from 20's to 60's. We love maintaining a quiet and creative refuge here, right on the ecotone between Chautauqua mountain park and the historic area of Boulder. Carolanne (our Airbnb manager) has lived in Boulder since 1976 and is involved in community outreach such as Historic Boulder, Second Kitchen food co op,Open Studios art tour, and many local preservation and social justice initiatives. Carolanne's art focuses on botanical illustration on non traditional surfaces.
Anastasia is a singer and abstract painter. David is a metal sculptor and environmental design consultant. Lindsay and Kiah are actresses now based in Chicago.
