A large room offering lots of space along with a king sized bed and use of a well equipped kitchen, heated shower, high speed WiFi, sitting room with fireplace and home entertainment system.
Located right in the hub of Dublin City Center; with many of the cities attractions just a 10 minute walk away (eg, Christ Church, Jameson Distillery, James Joyce Center).
Directly opposite a bus stop serving 4 routes, 5 minutes from Luas station (tram), 15 minutes walk from Heuston station connecting with cities throughout Ireland.
Manor street is lined with a wealth of shops and restaurants, including a large supermarket, 24 hour convenience store, a pharmacy (across the road), bakery, florists, barbers, Italian, Thai and Indian restaurants not to mention several takeaways serving Chinese to traditional fish and chips.
Sharing the house with 3 friendly lads, all very easy going and welcoming. We usually take turns cooking and pool together for the cost; you are welcome to join in if you wish.
This room is quite unique as it offers a convenient central location while escaping the hustle and bustle of he city. It provides a wealth of amenities and connects you with the rest of the island effortlessly.
Clean, bright, huge room and great location for an alternative exoerience. Smooth check in. Very considerate housemates! Great wifi connection. Perfect for staying in Dublin.
This is a wonderful place to stay! It's very central and close to lots of yummy take out places. The guys in the house are friendly and helpful, they even left us some maps and a little guidebook of Dublin! Oh yea and the bed is amazingly comfortable! Thanks guys :-)
We lived there for 4 days. Convenient location, low price, large supermarket nearby and pleasant to talk neighbors. We did not have an umbrella, the guys share it. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
Great place to stay, conveniently located, I like walking so I did not even use public transport much. The guys living there are nice and friendly, I was even invited to Shota's birthday party, thank you :) Loved the art on the walls and the overall homish feeling. The bed is absolutely amazing, had no bad bathroom experience, for my liking everything was great. Highly recommended.
Stephen's house is very near all the thing to do in Dublin. The housemates are good people. Never met Stephen (it's his room that we stayed in).
While it was in noway a problem for my wife and I, the apartment has a very 'college guy' feel with the decor and the use of shape.
Didn't see Stephen but Shota was helpful in getting us after a few delays and gave some suggestion for the neighborhood. Also met Fearghle, who was also a very nice guy. The room is spacious and clean, faces the sunny-side if the shade is open, and we had slipped waiting for us. Lots of cool art works on the walls of the apartment, worth taking a peek. The downside, as others have noted, is the bathroom experience. Toilet paper is amply provided, so a thumbs-up there, but each bathroom needs a good power-cleaning, We opted not to shower. Tip: there is a good coffee and breakfast spot, up the block if you take a left out of the front door, next to the flower shop.
The room was spacious and clean, the bathrooms however were in need of work (I, being a female tried my best not to use them.) the guys in the house were nice, we only saw them a few times. The art on the walls were a little out there for my liking. On average the walk was 20-30mins to the city Center (o'Connell st.)
I'm sorry for the uncomfortable part works, they're Stephen's taste and I can't do anything about it. And sorry for the bath rooms as well. We all moved in a year ago and both bath rooms were like that already, we do general cleaning, but can't do anything about that stains, so as bath tub. Anyway, thanks for staying.
Great house, great hosts, great location, great price
the room was indeed sunny, and the bed big and comfortable. the neighborhood is great, too: quite accessible by bus (and luas, though i didn't use it), and a short walk to the cobblestone pub (music!), good indian food, and the fruit and vegetable markets.
the house is a bit in need of repair: the bathrooms are in rough shape, with water damage and fussy toilet seats.
overall, a pleasant stay.
