Great communication

Modern, fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment in a traditional, non-touristic neighborhood in the center of Mexico City. The classic "Colonia Guerrero". Recently renovated with extra love and care.
5 min walk to the historic center, great restaurants, cafes and a ton of history.
Includes 2 bikes and a double fold-out couch. You're going to love my place, it is very cozy and has a lot of light and the bed is super comfortable. Perfect for couples and adventurers.
*Pet friendly (I love dogs)

The space
My father grew up in this place. In his honor, I decided to spend 2 years renovating the space with extra love.
We created a very cozy, comfortable and functional space. Adopting some modern elements of design, and respecting the essence of what makes Mexico City such a vibrant and eclectic city.
As an example, when redoing the bathroom, we took off every single piece of 50 years old tile, repaired it, polished it and then pasted it back to the wall and floor. The stove that you'll use is also original. From the times when my father was a child (he's 70 now)

Where you’ll be

Ciudad de México, Distrito Federal, Mexico

Is very authentic and unique. People are incredibly nice and is full of history.
There is traditional market very close by, the biggest antique market (La lagunilla), as well as the stunning Palacio de bellas artes.

I was born and raised in Mazatlán, a beautiful beachtown in the Mexican Pacific (of course I'm a bit biased). After living abroad for 8 years, I came back to my country 3 years ago. I picked Mexico City, because I love how eclectic and unpredictable this city is. I love to travel. I have lived in 6 Countries over the past 8 years. I also love food. So I would be happy to send you some ideas about where to eat in the city. From streetfood to fancy restaurants.
