Very large, light and comfortable houseboat in a quiet residential area in Amsterdam Noord.

The houseboat is a 10-minute walk from the NDSM shipyard where the ferry to central station docks.
The city center of Amsterdam is very easily accessible by bicycle, bus and boat.

Brief overview:
- Three bedrooms (1 master bedroom. 2 children's bedrooms)
- Spacious open kitchen
- SUP board and canoe (in summer)
