Welcome to Woolly’s Hideaway – a cozy and spacious 1 bed + large loft mountain condo located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes! Less than a mile to all the best in-town attractions: Canyon Lodge, Eagle Lodge, and The Village. Noteworthy amenities include a private entrance, dedicated covered garage parking, hot tub, pool (summer) and more. Recently upgraded with new flooring and paint, new furniture and a new stove/oven combo. You will feel right at home and relaxed at Woolly’s Hideaway!

The space
Woolly’s Hideaway is a quiet end unit condominium in Bigwood. As a two story unit, your group will enjoy the peace of the mountains and plenty of room to spread out. Our condo is set up to comfortably to sleep 6 people with one king in the downstairs bedroom and 5 beds in the upstairs loft (2 twin over full bunkbeds and a queen bed). This two level unit has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 flat screen TVs, cable, hi-speed wifi, a wood burning fireplace and much more. We continue to upgrade our unit with each stay - most recently with new flooring and paint, as well as a new stove/oven combo.

Bigwood is located in a quiet neighborhood in town on Majestic Pines, adjacent to the Sierra Star golf course. Steps away are a large outdoor spa and a swimming pool (open during the summer only). The yellow line shuttle (free service) travels to Eagle Lodge and the Village and is a short walk of .25 miles. Chair 15 is a quick drive of .75 miles from this woodsy complex. You can easily shuttle or walk into town for dinner, or enjoy the peace of the Bigwood complex.

This unit is non-smoking and has a single car garage (please note some larger vehicles may not fit). There is also plenty of street parking right by the unit.

Cross country skiing and snow shoeing out of Tamarack Lodge are close to Bigwood. Your group will enjoy lots of snow play areas in the winter and bike trails in the summer are just around up the road.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire condo (except 1 locked owners closet). As our guest, you will have access to the designated garage space directly under the condo. Community hot tub and swimming pool are also open to guest use.

Other things to note
Woolly’s Hideaway is our family’s second home in this quiet, mountain neighborhood. We continue to update our space to make it cozy for our family and our guests. It is ideal for a family or two, couples, business travelers, and more. Please note if you are looking for a party house - this is not it.

Also, please be aware you will need to climb steps up to the condo as well as to the second floor of the condo. We ask our guests to keep our space smoke free and pet free . Having private parking is a wonderful bonus in the winter (but be aware it is a small garage space), and the hot tub and pool are very close to the condo.
