Villa Tropical Nomad is a brand private luxury villa located in Canggu, offering a air conditioned enclosed living & dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious & comfortable bedrooms with their own ensuite bathroom, and a private pool and rooftop space. All located in Canggu, within walking distance to Pepito supermarket, Via Emilia restaurant, and a short 5min drive to the Finns and the beach.

The space
Villa Tropical Nomad is a sumptuous & brand new private luxury property offering everything small groups or families might look for while traveling to Bali.
While entering our villa, you'll be greeted by the beautiful outdoors where the private swimming pool is located, terrasse and patio space are located.
Inside you will find the enclosed and air conditioned living & dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect to cook, or have someone cook for you, any kind of meals.
Our property comes with two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with AC, king sized beds, and their own attached bathrooms.
You'll also find a beautiful rooftop space to relax on and take some sun after a long day out shopping or exploring all that Bali has to offer.
Our villa is located in a small and quiet street, within 5min walk to Pepito supermarket or Via Emilia restaurant, and a short 5min drive to the beach.
Finally, our property comes fully staffed with daily cleaning 6 day per week, pool & garden maintenance 2-3 times per week, and Concierge services, support & assistance 24/7 ensuring a worry less Airbnb stay!

Guest access
You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let me or my onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy.

• HOW CAN I ORGANIZE SOME SERVICES DURING MY STAY?
You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA.

• CAN YOU PRE-FILL THE FRIDGE FOR ME BEFORE I ARRIVE?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you upon request. Just let me know in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the groceries via Airbnb along with the invoice for them (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).

• DO YOU PROVIDE LAUNDRY SERVICES?
We can assist you into bringing your clothes to a nearby laundry. Avoid giving fragile clothes, and remember to check all items when brought back to you to make sure nothing is missing or damaged.

• SHOULD I EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER MOSQUITOES, INSECTS OR OTHER ANIMALS?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.

This prime location makes it easy to access the main areas and amenities, while the villa itself is set in a charming local neighborhood. A highlight of the area is the beautiful Hindu temple privately owned by our neighbors, adding a unique cultural touch to your surroundings.

A quick note about the alley leading to the villa, it can be a bit dim at night due to limited lighting, so we kindly advise extra care when arriving after dark. Within a 5-minute drive, you’ll find an array of delightful cafes and restaurants along Jalan Pantai Berawa, one of Canggu's vibrant hotspots. Additionally, Pepito Market Canggu, a well-stocked grocery store, is just 270 meters away from the villa, making it convenient for any shopping needs during your stay.

For drop-offs and pick-ups, regular-sized city cars are suitable. If you are navigating by car or taxi, we recommend using Google Maps for directions, as the villa has two entrances: one accessible by car and the other designed for scooters.
