Check In
  • Adriano (email hidden). He provided us with tons of information regarding the neighborhood, Florence, and Tuscany that made our stay much more pleasant. Adriano was also excellent at communicating. He always responded promptly to any and all inquiries. The apartment was very comfortable for three people. We enjoyed being able to prepare the occasional meal. After several days of traveling eating in is a treat. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, toaster, coffee maker and anything else we needed.

  • We spent 5 lovely days in the Adriano's apartment.
It is ideally located for visiting Florence and Adriano is a very good host who gave us a lot of information about Florence.

  • My wife and I were very happy with our stay in Adriano's apartment in Florence,

The apartment is a nice size for two people and very clean and tidy. We especially appreciated the air-conditioner during our stay as it was amazingly hot! The apartment has everything that you need for a stay including cooking facilitites. We got some fresh produce from the local markets and made a delicious pasta dish while we were there!

Adriano was super friendly and helpful. He has prepared a book full of maps, addresses and tips for visitors which was fantastic! He also sat down with us when we arrived and explained a few specific locations in the book.

All-in-all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to any couple wanting to stay in Florence!

  • Excellent accommodation! We really enjoyed our stay here. Adriano was very friendly, we found him waiting for us at the street and he helped us up the stairs with our luggage. He then proceeded to give us a lot of useful insider-info about Florence with the help of a book of maps that he had created. The apartment was clean and family-friendly, with a high chair and changing mat provided. The bathroom and dining area were slightly cramped due to the apartment's age, but this wasn't a problem. There could also have been a few more basic supplies, which we will message Adriano about. Otherwise this was a great experience and highly recommended! As a side-note, we would also highly recommend visitors to take a day trip to Siena :)

  • Adriano's flat is just as advertised and located in a great area of Florence from which to explore the city. Adriano is an incredibly kind host and made sure that check-in and check-out was quite easy. In addition, he provided us with a wonderful binder of recommendations for eating, shopping, and sightseeing while in Florence.

  • Adriano was amazing. He met us at the apartment and provided us with many tips for the area. The pizza across the street is (website hidden) ever. I was disappointed when I went to other places. The man their can do custom pizzas and calzones. Adriano gave us suggestions about seeing the sunset atop a hill with a great view of florence. And atop of a restaurant patio. So worth it. Good location. You can walk to everything. We took a taxi from the train station. 13 euros. The ceiling is a bit low and my partner is 6'3'' he hit his head a few times and was too tall for the shower. I have got to say that the city is beautiful and the safest I felt on our 3 week trip of Europe. The place could use a bit of up dating but we found it ok (email hidden) makes all the difference . Be advised that the bus system in Florence might be a bit hard but adriano will direct you in the right direction. I had a hard time figuring when to get off but I used the iPhone map to see how close I was .

  • We stayed for 3 nights in the beginning of May 2013. The apartment is within short walking distance to everything you need to see in Florence. We found a lot of great restaurants near the apartment that are out of the tourist trap with more locals. Apartment is very clean, fast wifi and can comfortably accommodate 3 or 4 guests. Adriano went above and beyond as a host. He gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and bars and was also very accommodating with check in and check out times. I will definitely be coming back one day! Thank you Adriano.
