This spacious two bedroom apartment, in a doorman building, is a safe and convenient starting point for any New York visit. With famous sights nearby, a subway stop a 5 minute walk away, and tons of restaurants and bars, its location is hard to beat!
The apartment is clean, comfortable, large (>1,000 SF) and newly renovated. The master bedroom is ENORMOUS, with a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. The amply sized 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed. Both rooms enjoy stunning views of the Empire State Building.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher.
The doorman building has elevators to save you any hassle after a long day exploring NYC and laundry if you need it.
The building is located on a busy avenue. Avenues in NYC can be loud. The unit is located on a relatively high floor and the avenues are generally quieter overnight but light sleepers should be advised that they will experience street noise in the unit.
It'll be an easy and comfortable stay in NYC!
The apartment has anything you might need during your stay:
- Free Wifi (50Mbps aka very fast), HBO GO, Netflix, Showtime Anytime, Amazon Prime Video, and 240 Cable Channels.
- A brand new 46" HD LED TV
- Coffee / Tea makers
- Clean Towels / Clean bed linens
- Cooking equipment
- Bathtub and deluxe showerhead (with shower gel & shampoo)

Centrally located to all the sights in Manhattan, you can easily walk to Madison Square Park, Bryant Park, all the great shops on Fifth Avenue, or just enjoy a stroll up to Central Park.
The 33rd St Stop on the 6 train is just a few minutes walk and several bus lines stop at our doorstep.
Craig and Roman are great host. They help me on all of my requests. This apartament is very spacious and a great place to stay in nyc. I recomend for you.
We very much enjoyed our stay in Craig's gorgeous apartment. The space was exactly what we needed for three people, and the photos and apartment description were totally accurate.
I've lived in New York for 4 years, so I was really pleased with the central Midtown location, and excellent access to transport and great restaurants. The area IS noisy though, with lots of emergency vehicles and crowds at night times. The windows aren't double-glazed, so light sleepers should bring eye masks and earplugs (but other reviewers recommend this too).
The on-site laundry is a blessing, but the delivery service across the street is handy too. The building staff are all super-friendly, and are ready to give advice to make your visit to New York safe and memorable.
Any time we had questions for Craig during our visit, he responded promptly and was an excellent host. When my parents arrived in freezing weather, they were so touched to find hand warmers on the coffee table, and even a Metrocard to get them started on the public transport system. They were such small gestures, but so kind.
I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Craig's apartment to anyone coming to New York. If you're looking for a clean, safe, and central apartment, this is one to visit!
Craig was an absolutely amazing host! He answered any and all questions i had before, during and after my stay. He provided very through information to make our stay as smooth as possible. It is in a great location, and the apartment is wonderful, spaceous and very cozy. Made my valentines day weekend the absolute best on yet! I definitely will stay here again!
Craig was super friendly and he gave us a step-by-step instruction about how to do things before we check in and even when we check out. The place is so nice and homey (super clean too!) Everything was so great. If you have any questions while staying at the place, Craig will be always there for you to answer your question via text messages or calls as well.
Craig was extremely helpful in accommodating us based on our flight timings both during check in and check out. The listing was very accurate. There were additional power outlet extension cords, which came in handy while we were working out of home on the Juno winter storm days. Other than the main attractions, there are a lot of popular Indian restaurants and grocery stores nearby which are just a few mins walk. Highly recommend this place.
We enjoyed staying in Craig's apartment. It is well furnished and located in a convenient mid-town location. We would stay there again.
Craig gave so much information on how to get around during the New Year Ball Drop. We were approx. 15 - 20 minutes away by foot. It was everything he promised.

I was born and raised in Chicago, but went to school out east and have returned to the Big Apple after a few years away. I try to keep up with outdoorsy activities: skiing at least a couple times every season is a priority. After a few years in management consulting, I took my wares to a tech startup here in the city. I have been having a lot of fun exploring the city.
