The space
Little Walmer Cottage is perfect for couples, with a queen size double bed. A mattress can be laid on the floor for and additional person at no extra charge.

You will be supplied a remote control for the main gate so you can come and go as you please.

The cottage is adjacent to the main house and guests are welcome to relax in the garden. The large building at the bottom of the garden is the ceramics and art studio where my wife Nicci works. She has a small display section in the studio where you can browse her ceramics, textiles, and gift cards.

Walmer is a garden suburb that is centrally located in Port Elizabeth. Easy access to airport, main routes in and out of the city. The beach from is an easy 10 minute drive.

We are surrounded by places to eat and shop.
Within 5-10 minutes walk:
Home Cooked Meals - on the corner of our block. They serve ready-made home style meals such as roast with vegetables, bangers and mash, lasagne
Bocadillo's Café - open all day and they have an excellent pastry and savoury counter for take away snacks.
Catch 22 - this is a simple fish and chip shop with fresh fish daily.
Cobblestone Bakery and Café - the name says it all.
Angelo's - the most affordable eatery in the city.
Urban Espress Coffee Co. - breakfasts and lunches. Light meals.
Steers - South Africa's answer to MacDonalds (only MUCH better!).
Chingada's Mexican Restaurant - very popular amongst locals.
Hussar Grill - this formal restaurant opens in July.
6th Avenue Shopping Centre - ABSA, Netbank, Standard Bank ATM, FNB ATM, Checkers, Clicks Pharmacy.

5-10 minutes drive:
Walmer Park Shopping Centre - upmarket shopping mall.
Stanley Street area - this is the hip and happening cafe, restaurant and nightspot area in the city. Stanley Street is in the heart of the historical district.
Beachfront and Boardwalk Casino complex.
