The property, which is built on part of the original Hulme Court Estate, is in a great location with easy access to and from Motorways also free street parking.
The room we're offering has a spacious double wardrobe plus X 2 bedside drawer units with 3 draws in each...... It is the 2nd bedroom in our 2 bedroom apartment.
We are happy to accommodate two people as the room is furnished with a double bed (including an electric blanket for winter months) & has extra wardrobe storage for your luggage.
Our home is ideal for the more mature requiring sanity & relaxation after a hard day.
You also have an open invitation to spend time in any of the shared areas...... The BIG PLUS is the sunny sheltered outdoor balcony with fantastic views over Auckland Harbour & the CBD of Auckland City also ideal for relaxing on before going out for dinner....

Other things to note
One of Parnell's most prominent residents, recently retired Prime Minister John Key. He and his family live in a NZ$9 million private mansion a short walk from Private n' Peaceful Parnell.
Right next door to us at Private n' Peaceful Parnell is Hulme Court (1843), believed to be the oldest Auckland house still on its original site. A feature of this home is the ornate woodwork around the veranda. This property is occupied by the New Zealand Olympic Committee, so you often see many of our Olympians coming n' going!
Also very near and interesting local sites...
Marvelous Holy Trinity Cathedral, where thousands of tourists are welcomed each year from around the world - 2 min walk.
Important & Historic St Mary's. At more than 50 meters long, the largest wooden Gothic church in the world.The Foundation Stone was laid in 1886 - 2 min walk.
Whitby Lodge, which we look down onto the rear of, was constructed of stone around 1874. The building was erected on land that had previously formed part of the Hulme Court estate. Its construction is probably linked with Parnell's early role as a desirable pastoral settlement on the fringes of urban Auckland. 2 min walk.
Visit Kinder House, sometimes known as "The Headmaster's House" was built in 1857. The house is a Gothic-style, double-storied mansion built of grey stone quarried from Mount Eden, Open Wednesday to Sunday from Noon to 3pm. - 5 min walk.
Step back in time and enjoy Ewelme Cottage. Built in 1863 and 1864 for Church of England clergy. Now with about two thousand books, hundreds of pages of sheet music, original artworks and a vast array of everyday objects from their time period. Open Sun only 10am-4.30pm - 5 min walk.
Take a Parnell Historic Walk...... Explore the historic houses and buildings of Parnell, New Zealand's first suburb.
The Auckland War Memorial Museum (1929) - it is considered one of New Zealand''s finest heritage buildings - 12 min walk.
The extraordinary Auckland Domain - 75 hectare park developed around the cone of an extinct volcano - 8 min walk.
Take a short walk along St Stephens Avenue, exquisite wooden Gothic buildings (1861/63) include a library, baptistery and bell tower, as well as a bishop's house and chapel - 2 min walk.
Also Parnell's wonderful Rose Gardens – some 5000 rose bushes grow there - Best time to view between October and April - 12 min walk.
