At the corner of Newbury and Dartmouth, you cannot get any more central than this! You are steps away from the MBTA, Boston Public Library, Trinity Church and Boston Common. The Charles River is blocks away and you are surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants from this 4th story studio.
The pictures tell most of the story. The bed is queen-sized with a comfy pillowtop mattress. Maps and guidebooks, along with an umbrella, are provided for your use.
Full use of apartment, including wireless internet, bathroom and kitchen.
Interaction with Guests
If I'm unavailable to meet my guests in person I am able to remotely buzz my guests in to the building with instructions on how to find the keys. I will remain available via phone, text or email to answer any questions along the way about the apartment or Boston in general.
The Back Bay teems with life. Outdoor cafes abound, fashionable stores dot Newbury Street, and most of the places worth visiting are a short walk away - The Public Garden, Charles River. If you want to attend a Red Sox game, it is about a mile down the road.
You can walk practically anywhere from here, but the subway (green line - Copley) entrance is steps away. Boston also has a bicycle share program called hubway, which is a block away where you can easily and cheaply rent bikes.
Other Things to Note
Please be aware that I typically do not list/confirm bookings more than 1-2 months in advance. I receive lots of inquiries for the Boston Marathon and the month of October. Because this is my primary residence I often don't know my schedule until a few weeks, or even days, in advance. As such, I'm often able to accommodate last minute bookings.
-No local guests
-If you use the kitchen, please clean up after yourself.
-I will leave maps/guides for your reference, but please do not remove anything from my home.
-If you have any questions, please call or text me (phone number hidden).
-Most importantly, enjoy yourself!

My girlfriend and I wanted to spend a weekend in Boston and take in all it's charm. Julie's place was a major contributing factor in capturing that feeling! Located in the heart of back bay, this cozy getaway made us feel like home as soon as we walked in. The bed was comfy and the decor was very peaceful. Although we didn't get to meet Julie in person, she was able to remotely buzz us into her building and made the check in and check out process very simple! She had a nice guide with some great local choices to eat, and also made sure that we could contact her if any issues arose ( which they did not). I hope I have the chance to come back and stay for longer at ( in my opinion) one of the best locations to stay in the city! Very highly recommended!
Our stay was great, Julie has a beautiful apartment, I really enjoyed the energy of her room, it's very soothing. Julie herself was very communicative and wonderful to correspond with. And her location is pretty much perfect for checking out Back Bay.
Though we never met Julie in person, she was a great communicator and made the experience so easy. Her apartment is a wonderful space, just adorable, and couldn't be more centrally located. We were able to walk or take the T all over the city! Everything was clean and comfortable. Super comfortable bed. Great experience-- highly recommended!
The studio was a great choice, very welcoming, spacious, well decorated and equipment and most importantly in an exceptional location by Copley Square. Julie was great to work with as the trip to Boston was spur of the moment.
My boyfriend and I visited Boston and had the amazing opportunity to stay in Julie's apartment. It was a perfect stay - we could have asked for nothing more. Julie responded very fast to all our questions beforehand, she was able to get us into the building with no wait at all, and she left very detailed and helpful instructions with regards to keys/building security etc. The apartment was perfect - it was decorated very nicely, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room looks exactly as it does in the pictures online. Additionally, the location is amazing. It is right on newbury street - a perfect place to shop and eat, and it is one block from the Boston public library. This was our first airbnb experience, and I would give it an A+. I will definitely use airbnb again, and I hope to come and stay in Boston in this apartment again. I would 100% recommend Julie and her place.
This was my first Airbnb experience. Julie was absolutely amazing to work with although I did not get to meet her. I literally booked the day of and she was very accommodating to my last minute schedule. Her studio is very charming and actually quite large for a studio. It is the perfect location in the heart of the city. The bed is very comfortable too! Newbury street is literally out the door and a few steps around the corner as well as Copley Square and the Public Garden is a 7 minute walk down Newbury. The Copley green line subway stop is right across the street. I have been to Boston several times and I would definitely stay here again because of the great location of the studio and the ease of working with Julie.
Hello & Welcome to Boston! I am originally from California, but moved east in the fall of 2011. I happily consider Boston to be my new home. Since moving here I've loved discovering the charm of the city as well as the beauty of the surrounding towns, beaches and New England countryside.
My studio is steps from the "T" (subway) so I have easy access to all of Boston and Cambridge. There is a farmer's market on Copley Square (my backyard) and I'm also steps away from the Boston Library, Boston Common, Hynes Convention Center and many other historic sites and neighborhoods.
I frequently run on the Charles River, which is just a few blocks from my home (easily accessed by the Dartmouth Street footbridge). The walk score here is 100 - check it out for yourself and enjoy!
