Cristina and her husband were helpful with checkin. They were there when we arrived, gave us the key, some info on restaurants, where to go and left.
The location of the apartment is excellent, very centralized. The problem is because it's centralized, it's located in the restricted driving area, so getting in and out with a car could be a big problem, let alone parking.
As for the apartment interior, it's spacious but a bit dated, especially the bathroom. There was also another problem: the apartment has no air-conditioning. On the day we're there, it was very hot and humid. I'd like to suggest a couple fans to help out with the ventilation and to fend off mosquitos when the windows are opened at night!
In any case, in spite of some minor discomfort, our experience of staying at Cristina's place was positive. I enjoyed meeting her family, husband and niece. Cristina was very hospitable as well. She gave us a bottle of local wine, but since we left in such a hurry the next morning for fear of getting a ticket we forgot to take the wine! :( Thanks, Cristina!
Cristina was a wonderful host and really made us feel welcome in Arezzo. The apartment was perfect for us (2 adults and a 6 year old child), very nice and in a good location (close to everything and in a calm place). We can really recommend this place!

Cristina was a great host. She met us at the train station and walked to the apartment with us. During our walk she pointed out some interesting things and let us know about Arezzo. She also suggested some great places for Aperitivi, and a great place for dinner which we all loved.
The apartment had a great location, extremely close to Plaza Grande, and a few streets behind it is a beautiful park with great views and fortalezza.
We only had a day here and now we know will be coming back and will definitely check with Cristina first.
The apartment was spacious for the 4 of us, 2 couples. Beds were comfortable and the balcony off one of the rooms was sweet, really perfect to hang our clothes out to dry.
It's was one of our favorite airbnb experiences, out of 7 so far. She was extremely generous with us.
We loved our stay and this experience added to make Arezzo a stand out of our European vacation.
Thank you Cristina!
The apartment is gorgeous, as is Arezzo -- and Cristina was absolutely perfect to work with. We hope to come back!
This was an ideal location for us . There was plenty of space and the little extra touches of fruit , eggs , wine etc were lovely. We would highly recommend this location
Christina could not have been more gracious and accommodating. She welcomed us warmly and, as other guests have mentioned, even left all kinds of starter foods and supplies for us. She is a fantastic communicator, and she was immediately available if we couldn't figure out how to work something or if something didn't work. She and Fabio were terrific to deal with.
The apartment is ideally located, very close to the grand piazza and to some small markets, as well as several good restaurants; yet it is wonderfully quiet, except for the wonderful sounds of birds and church bells.
Our only suggestion is to improve the kitchen (and maybe the bathroom) some, with newer, cleaner pots, sponges, etc.
Cristina is a fabulous host! She made us feel very welcome from the start. She was accomodating with our arrival time and met us at the entrance of the walled town at the top of the escalators and walked us to the apartment (we drove and parked in the Pietri lot for €5 per day, Sundays are free). We were delighted by the provisions she left for us and that she took the time to walk us through the apartment, making sure we had all we needed for a wonderful stay. She made herself available should we have any questions. Cristina remembered that it was our wedding anniversary and helped to make it a special one. Happily she adjusted the accomodation to fit two couples. She made sure we knew where the essentials were within Arezzo and even gave us a restaurant reccomendation. This was our first airbnb experience and we were spoiled! The aparment is charming, spacious, and inviting. Located in a quiet part of the old town. We spent four days here and would love to return!
