  • I absolutely loved my time in this camper. I'm a poet and musician traveling in Ireland on a writing grant, and I stayed on my own here for six days of writing, music, hiking, and quiet. The camper is very well cared for and was clean and stocked with everything I needed when I arrived, including a huge basket of organic fruits and vegetables. The whole family welcomed me and gave me advice on the area, and they're the nicest people you can imagine, available for anything I needed and passionate about camping and farming. As I said, I was here on my own, but the camper is perfect for 2-3 people and a very reasonable price, especially if you're splitting the cost.

The scenery of the Burren is unique and spectacular, so take a few days to really experience it! Go on hikes in the hills, check out the archaeological sites, and have a tea and buy some gifts at the Burren Perfumery. Staying here was one of the highlights of my time in Ireland and I absolutely recommend it, especially for people who love the outdoors or are looking for artistic inspiration! Thanks for everything, Julia and Chris!

  • This little caravan is a really special place. Chris and Julia are so thoughtful and easy to talk to. They left some foodstuffs to get us started, picked us up in town so we didn't get lost en route, and thoughtfully showed us around the caravan's nooks and crannies. The place was super clean and obviously really loved and cared for.
We had a really magic time here: exploring their open burren farm lands and then cozying up in the caravan. It was lovely. I would love to go back here someday.

    Response from Julia And Chris:

Thank you Renee, it was so great to have you both to stay and we are delighted that you enjoyed the caravan and the surroundings so much. It is a special place and we are thrilled that you appreciate all the beauty that the Burren has to offer. Please come back again!

  • The Burren farm camping is a really great and lovely place where we spent marvellous days as the photos were promising !

The caravan and the tent are really nicely decorated with a great taste and a lot of attentions for any moment of the day.

The farm is a source of discoveries and walks in a preserved environment and is a reason by itself to be here. The Burren is also an incredible region with a lot of tours, walks, landscapes to discover and enjoy.

Last but not least, Julia and Chris are really great hosts fully dedicated to their guests. Chris and Julia have so many things to tell about the farm, the region that each moment with them was a pleasure.
We cannot say more, except we were really sad to leave them and we have now a lot of happy memories.
    Thanks a lot !
