This cozy daylight basement suite is located in a historic Craftsman home in Spokane’s beautiful Cliff Park neighborhood. Situated on a convenient street with easy access to downtown Spokane and the freeway, the home is just minutes from Manito, Cliff, and Cannon Hill Parks. The property offers a peaceful residential feel while providing quick access to the best of South Hill. Walkable, scenic, and close to coffee shops, restaurants, and outdoor spaces.

This listing includes the basement of the home only. The space consists of a king size bed in a master bedroom, a full bathroom, dining/kitchenette area, and a small living room space with couch and tv. This unit also includes the lower patio area with hot tub, firepit lounge space and hammocks/seating area.

Other things to note
If you're 6'7" or taller, you may find the ceiling a bit snug in some areas. As this is the basement of a historic home, some spots require ducking, and the ceiling may scrape in a few places. It’s not an issue for most, but we just want to make sure you’re aware before booking!

This home is a shared Airbnb space. There may be other guests staying in the upstairs unit of the home. Please be mindful of this when booking.

We respect our neighbors and ask that you do the same. This means limiting noise after 10PM and not parking in the shared driveway at any time. We appreciate your understanding and help with this!
