Ralph was great in accommodating me with a last minute request when a friend's residence was too small for the number of people. It was a nice place, very clean, easy to access and close to several restaurants. Light sleepers should know that it is a garden level apartment below the main residence. I didn't spend much time at the residence other than to sleep since I was with friends all weekend but it was a great place to rest my head!

Cozy, private little suite in a great neighborhood. Perfect home base for exploring the city with a beautiful lake walking/bike path at the end of the street and donuts, coffee, and sushi at the other end. Everything was clean and welcoming with instructions on where to find anything else I might need. Ralph and family are lovely hosts. Loved my stay.

The living arrangements are exactly as advertised, and for the price the location could not be better being within reasonable walking distance from several shopping and food areas. I did not have access to a car however that did not appear to be a problem as there is a bus stop less than a block away which takes you directly downtown as well as another that will take you to the light rail system near the university of Washington. This was my first experience with Airbnb and Ralph was a lovely host both friendly and easy to get in contact with should something come up.

I didn't meet Ralph while I was in town, but I was in and out all the time so it's more on me than him! I used to live in Seattle and now travel through pretty frequently and this is my favorite area to stay. The location is great - just a few blocks to Green Lake for a nice morning walk/run and you're around the corner from some good eating/drinking/snacking options like Mighty O Donuts, Zoka Coffee, and the Burgundian. It's a large space, the bed was super comfy and the area is pretty quiet while still being near stuff. I had a car so no idea how access to transit is, but there was always close street parking. I will definitely try to stay here again next time I'm in town!

Hello my name is Ralph. I'm a full-time photographer/graphic design with a life long fascination with Seattle. You can see my (EMAIL HIDDEN) You will also see some of my Seattle work on the walls of the apartment. If you are interested in turning a portion of your visit into a photography workshop that results in artwork you create please let me know. I can definitely help you if you are interested in the Seattle Art scene.

For 30 years Ralph specialized in community-based tropical agriculture. His job took him all over the world. One of the benefits was that he got to meet all kinds of interesting people, something he enjoys. So he can help you find the best, reasonably price ethnic food in Seattle.

I hope we get to meet during one of your stays.
