Welcome to Anaheim, home of Disneyland and Mickey Mouse!
Available for your stay is a private room in a 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom house off of State College St & Ball Rd, conveniently located near the 57 Freeway. The only residents here are my dad who lives in a back room detached from the house and myself (as well as my cat, Storm!)
Centrally located nearby many attractions, restaurants, and shopping! The room includes everything a hotel room would to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and private, including a microwave, and mini fridge!
You will have a full sized bed that sleeps up to 2 people. Have a third person? I also have a twin-sized airbed with extra bedding and blankets. Or I could add a sleeping pad and sleeping bag in the room for you if you prefer a harder surface to sleep on. You will not be sharing the bathroom with anyone unless my dad comes into the house to use the toilet or I have an out-of-town friend/guest staying in the other guest room. Otherwise, the bathroom is all yours.

I don't really serve breakfast but there is coffee or tea available in the kitchen if you would like any. As I do not charge a cleaning fee, the expectation is that my guests clean up after themselves. I do have a washer/dryer, but it is currently out of service so you will not be able to use it.
Interaction with Guests
If I'm able to I will greet you upon your arrival. I do say, "Hello!" but do respect your privacy, so interaction is up to you, the guest. I've made many friends with my guests throughout the years as a host, so I am available to socialize if you're up for it.
The neighborhood is completely safe and very suburban. There's a liquor store near-by for small conveniences, many sandwich shops and a Carl's Jr within walking distance, a pizza place (rated 4 stars on Yelp!), a nearby Subway, a smoothie bar, and a grocery store a mile away (Albertson's). Opening soon: An In-N-Out across the street!

The room was nice and exactly what I was hoping for! She was quick to respond to my questions and request. I enjoyed my stay greatly!
I loved Diane's house. It was exactly as pictured and it was the perfect place to stay at for my 4 year anniversary with my boyfriend. Close to cheap gas and disneyland. Would definitely come back! Thx Diane! :)
Diane provided clear instructions on how to check in. She had great tips for Disneyland and we had a wonderful time!
The instructions were very clear and I had no issue getting in even though Diane wasn't home. I actually didn't see her at all during my whole stay which is nice because it can often be awkward haha. I came home pretty late both nights and this wasn't an issue.
I was really happy with such a quick response to book the room. It is such a convenient location to Disneyland. I did not get a chance to meet the host, but she was very helpful in sending me specific directions to get in.
Diane was great! I was changing plans constantly and ended up changing my reservation and checking out early, but she was very chill about it, and accommodating throughout. Also tried to help me figure out the bus system and offered me strawberries, which is always a plus, haha
First time using Air BnB as I didn't want to pay ~$1300 CAD for a 5 night stay near the convention centre. Decided upon Diane's place as it looked like a good sized room but more importantly had wifi, a small fridge and a microwave. Turned out to be exactly what I needed for my stay. Nice area that's a block away from a plaza that has: 7-11, In & Out Burger, pizza and a few other eateries + gas stations. Diane wasn't home for most of my stay but I did get to meet her shortly after checking-in and seeing her before leaving. She's very nice and lets you come and go as it suits your schedule (came back at ~11:30p first night, not an issue by her). The listing states her dad lives there but a) wasn't an issue with the bathroom as b) I didn't see him at all.
This place comes with almost everything you could you need, including an oscillating fan that proved to be useful at night. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.
Don't worry if this is your first time using Air BnB...this is the place to stay.
