Welcome to Anaheim, home of Disneyland and Mickey Mouse!
Available for your stay is a private room in a 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom house off of State College St & Ball Rd, conveniently located near the 57 Freeway. The only residents here are my dad who lives in a back room detached from the house and myself. I only rent out one room here and leave the fourth room empty for any other out-of-town guests or if a third bed is needed from my AirBNB guests.
Centrally located nearby many attractions, restaurants, and shopping! The room includes everything a hotel room would to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and private, including a microwave, and mini fridge!
You will have a full sized bed that sleeps up to 2 people. Have a third person? I also have a twin-sized airbed with extra bedding and blankets. Or I could add a sleeping pad and sleeping bag in the room for you if you prefer a harder surface to sleep on. You will not be sharing the bathroom with anyone unless my dad comes into the house to use the toilet. Otherwise, the bathroom is all yours.

Interaction with Guests
If I'm able to I will greet you upon your arrival. I do say, "Hello!" but do respect your privacy, so interaction is up to you, the guest. I've made many friends with my guests throughout the years as a host, so I am available to socialize if you're up for it.
The neighborhood is completely safe and very suburban. There's a liquor store near-by for small conveniences, many sandwich shops and a Carl's Jr within walking distance, a pizza place (rated 4 stars on Yelp!), a nearby Subway, a smoothie bar, and a grocery store a mile away (Albertson's). Opening soon: An In-N-Out across the street!
If I'm available I can pick you up from John Wayne Airport for $20 one way or from LAX for $50 one way. If you need a ride to Disneyland or need me to pick you up anywhere in the vicinity, I can drive you free of charge if I'm available. The nearest bus stop from the complex is a one minute walk on State College. There are a plethora of fine dining and casual restaurants nearby, as well as some food places within walking distance. There are also 4 competitively priced gas stations within a block of the house if you need to fill up before you head home.
-No smoking is allowed in the home. Smoking is permitted on the patio, but please do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground.
-Please take off your shoes
-Since there will be no cleaning fee, please clean up after yourself as much as you can
-No dogs allowed
-Please turn off all lights and lock the doors when not in the home or when you leave a room
Diane is a great host. She is very helpful and most importantly volunteers help and information. Though our time at home was limited but it's always a pleasure to go to a welcoming home and a pleasant host in a strange county.
Diane was very welcoming and friendly when I arrived. She made sure that I had everything I needed. It was really easy to communicate with Diane about checking in. Her place was great for my short trip to Disneyland!
The house is in a nice area in Anaheim. I stayed there with a friend for a trade show at the convention center. It is much nicer than staying in the nearby hotels (and def cheaper too). Uber to the convention is around 10min and $5-6 range each way. Overall cleanliness and comfort are really good. Diane is very nice, we had a few chats and she always has a nice smile!
Diane's place was perfect. It was located in a very quiet residential area with lots of restaurants nearby. It's located just a few miles from Disneyland, so if you're looking for an AirBnb near Disney, this one fits the bill.
We did not get the chance to meet Diane, but we had a very nice stay. The room is clean and cozy.
The house and the bedroom were super clean. The bed was comfortable. Diane has been totally available to answer questions. Quiet neighborhood, many food options in walking distance. Good time. Would go back or advice it to friends.
I stayed with my boyfriend here for 2 nights. Even though I didn't meet Diane until the very end of my stay, she was a very accommodating and responsive host. The room was exactly as advertised, and the location was close to Disneyland. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was quite cold in LA during my visit, and the space heater that Diane provided was quite welcome. There is also a microwave in the room, which is convenient. The bathroom is small, but the shower is hot (which is much more important!). My boyfriend didn't quite fit on the bed - he is 6'1" - but he still slept comfortably. We were able to park our car on the driveway. I would definitely stay again!

I mainly host on AirBNB, and I like to do my best to make your stay inviting and positive. I've actually made a few friends with my guests and have really enjoyed their company. I try to provide you with the same amenities as a hotel, so if there's anything you need or something you forgot at home I'm sure I have a spare. If you need a clean, safe place to stay with a great host, feel free to book with me!
